I don't know how to report this guy, but he is very helpful, made so many good threads in the mining section, I thought he should have ranked up to Legendary already but looks like there is a lack of merit sources in the Mining, and actually people there don't really care about merit as they don't chase the sig. campaign income. Anyway I think he deserves to rank up at least to Hero.

As a merit source I'm interested in quality posts specifically from the alternative subsection (i.e Altcoin boards) that has not been merited or don't have enough merit (limited to 2 merit below for replies and 5 merit below for topics). I'd like to share this threads and I think the threads first and second thread is that it could also be helpful to everyone except thread number 3 it is all about creating an ERC20 tokens in local language.

1.) Useful Application that you can use in a computer/PC - An application that can be installed on computers and other devices except android phones and other android like devices that can't support desktop applications.

The above person has over 500 activity but only 71 merit. He was able to provide references to some good posts that he has made. I also checked his recent post history and he appears to generally make decent posts, and appears to be generally interested in the topics he posts in.

I lack sufficient merit to allow him to rank up, but I think he should, at a minimum get promoted to Full Member (he needs 29 merit).

Hello Quickseller,  Thanks for the opportunity to possibly earn a merit from you.

Here are some of the posts I have made to try and help a certain investor understand why cryptocurrencies are acting the way they do.  I have substantial experience in trading stocks and feel that now as cryptocurrency becomes more accepted in the mainstream that the same principles that affect stocks will begin to affect cryptocurrency.

This guy also appears to know what he is talking about. I was somewhat hesitant to promote giving him merit because he is pushing some kind of ICO token, and would not want to give it credibility without first vetting the project, however I believe the general effort he puts into his posts overrides those concerns. He needs an additional 8 merit to become a "member" (he also needs activity), which I believe would be appropriate.

He has over 650 activity but is not yet a full member. He needs 6 merit to become a full member, however I believe he deserves to get a decent amount towards becoming a senior member. He is a bounty hunter, however he also participates in "regular" threads and when he does participate, after reviewing the last couple of pages of his post history, he shows a genuine interest in what he is talking about.

His post that I cited above also shows an attempt to spread adoption of bitcoin/crypto in his area by spreading the word about local "meetups".
