What a craziest match that was man! I think more than half of the sixes and fours that have been scored in this Indian Premier League season so far have been in this match. Today's match has been very much like that, it doesn't matter which team lost, after getting the performance of both teams, I would say that Sunrisers Hyderabad took full advantage of the batting friend's pitch, on the other hand, Mumbai Indians did not do bad, they scored 246 runs, which is the second highest run of this IPL season.

Sunrisers Hyderabad do have a very good chance to get to the record for highest team total in the IPL. Previous record was made long back in 23rd April 2013, when Royal Challengers Bangalore made 263/5 against Pune Warriors at Bangalore. Back then Chris Gayle made a massive individual score of 175, from just 66 balls (and then picked up 2 wickets while bowling as well). At this point, SRH are at 214/3 with 4 more overs to go. Scoring rate dropped down a bit, but even now there is a chance that this record will be broken.

Mumbai Indians lose the match by 31 runs. Sunrisers played very well and at the end they won the match . Whole team performance was excellent.   Klassen made excellent 80 runs in just 34 balls and remained alive at the end of inning . Abhishek Sharma played well and he made 63 runs in just 23 balls , Travis head made 62 runs in just 24 balls and Markram made 42 runs in 28 balls and he also remained not out at the end of inning. Mumbai Indians tried their best to win this match but they lose the match at the end . Mumbai Indians bowlers didn't play well and that is reason of lose of match of Mumbai Indians.

Lol! I was checking the previous highest score and noticed that Gayle helped RCB score 263, but that was pipped quite easily to 2nd position thanks to Head, Abhishek, Markram and Klaasen.

I was stunned to see MI score 245 under such insane pressure. This just proves that the pitch is batting heaven and MI and SRH bowling has been mediocre so far this season.

I won't blame the bowlers here because the pitch was insanely good to bat on and every batter had a field day. It doesn't help that the longest boundary (Straight) was only 77 meters and square boundaries were around 65-67 meters. The kind of power modern batters have and adding big trees disguised as a bat in equation with an absolute road. IMO it's a perfect recipe for massacre, one can only pray for the bowlers.

now we are having another match which is playing at the Benoni South Africa vs Sri Lanka after winning toss Sri Lanka elected to field first which was not good decision with South Africa posted huge target for them with the help of captain Laura Wolvaardt century as she hits 12 boundaries and 3 sixes on 63 balls and Marizanne Kapp score 60 runs on 40 balls which was enough for having 198 on score board.

While chasing this huge target right now Sri Lanka is having just 22 runs with the lost of one wicket in 3.3 overs most chances we will have big won for the home side but still we can expect good fight from Sri Lanka.

Yes you are right sunrise Hyderabad has a world-class batsman which increases the chances of their winnings but apart from the batsman a good and productive bowlalso needs to restrict the opponent from a high score. In the match with Mumbai Indians, they gave them 246 runs which in my view is a high score but I think the bowlers did a good job by taking 5 wickets and each giving them a small run Yeah, the batsman chased the target and won the match very easily and their performance was very good. So both the bowlers and batsman have good in their respective things let see how much they will go the same throughout the event.

What are chances that we'll see MI captainship change within this season itself? Team's foundation heavily depends on first few overs and when you don't give over to Bumrah, you are leaking runs and are not getting wickets thus putting pressure onto your team.

Also, the MI playing XI's tail was too long yesterday, there needed an all rounder like Nabi there.

There is a reason why SENA teams are better than sub-continental teams when it comes to women's cricket. The Asian cricket boards (BCCI, PCB, SLCB and BCB) have ignored women's cricket for so long. WPL was established only in 2023, one and a half decades after IPL came in to picture. On the other hand, boards such as CNZ, ECB and CA have well established women's T20 franchise leagues. And even among Asian boards, apart from the BCCI no one has any interest in setting up such a league. And ACB is even worse. They don't even have a women's team.

It was predicted earlier that this match would be one-sided. Sri Lanka women's team is not a strong team. Australia, England and India are the strongest in women's cricket. We don't usually see good performances from other teams

Batting first, South Africa women set a huge target of 199 runs today. And the Sri Lanka women's team does not have the ability to win by batting against such a big target. I thought the team might lose all the wickets within 100. However, Sri Lanka managed to collect 119 runs. The middle order players Harshita and Hasini batted well. Otherwise, the Sri Lankan team could not have collected even 100 runs.

This is the second loss for MI and the new captain Hardik Pandya. The pitch was made for batters and I never expected MI to chase 277 runs still they were able to get to 245 runs. At one stage they were matching the asking run rate and they did go above it. I remember it was near about 14 runs per over and they batted well enough. Hardik wasted balls it was expected from him to try and hit the bowlers in the conditions suited for batters. What made the game more interesting was the number of sixes hit in a single T20 game.

That will happen sooner or later. Hardik's strategy yesterday was laughable. I have no idea why he didn't allowed Bumrah to bowl until it was too late. By that time the damage was done and Kwena Maphaka and Gerald Coetzee in particular were leaking tons. Hardik himself wasn't of much use, as he also went for more than 11 runs per over. Bumrah stood out, with his figures of 4-0-36-0 (amazing, given the fact that most of the the time he bowled against Heinrich Klaasen and Aiden Markram at the depth overs).

Hyderabad scored a mountain of runs in the first innings against Mumbai Indians yesterday. It was almost impossible for Mumbai Indians to overcome the mountain, but the way the batsmen of Mumbai Indians batted, it seemed for a while that maybe Mumbai Indians could win this match. However, in the last four overs, Mumbai Indians could not score runs like the first ten overs, which is why they failed to win against SRH. 

The way SRH batted yesterday everyone was impressed with their batting but they did not do well in bowling. SRH must do well in bowling if they want to dream of winning the title this season but they can expect good things this season.

However, in cricket, football or any other game, no matter how well both the teams play, one of the teams has to lose the match.  Sunrise Hyderabad batted first and collected a lot of runs which was a very difficult T20 match Max score of 277 runs. But Sunrise Hyderabad managed to do it.  Mumbai Indians also played very well but they played a bit bad in the early stages and they couldn't collect good runs, but they got excited in the last minute and fell short of Hyderabad by 31 runs. Anyway I enjoyed this match a lot

I think the decision of Mumbai Indians is somewhat wrong as Hardik Pandya has been made the new captain where there is a successful captain like Rohit Sharma. Rohit Sharma an experienced captain must have Mumbai India should have given Rohit Sharma the captaincy surely an experienced captain is very positive for the team. Hardik Pandya undoubtedly bowls and bats well. Hardik Pandya's captaincy will affect his bowling to some extent. By doing this he will not be able to bowl so well.

There is no doubt this was on off the most entertaining match of this season with after conceding runs like these I have no expectations from the Mumbai Indians for having chase like this even they were on back foot after losing two early wickets but still there is good resistance from the Hardick Pandya and Tilak Verma which bring their team at this score because I was expecting big defeat which will be surely big setback, but they have done good job and punish all bowlers specially BKumar is going on back foot with is bowling which was terrible even we have batting pitch which was no favouring bowlers and batsmen were in well control from the first ball of this match.

After this match we have two loses for the Mumbai Indians from their first two games of this season, hopefully now they will regroup themselves for the next games and try their best for having good fight back before it's too late for them.
