Mumbai Indians won yesterday's match by a huge margin, they were very cautious from the wicket side. Because of which they gave a target of 192 runs for just five wickets and Sunrise Hyderabad failed to meet the target. As a result, Sunras Hyderabad remained at the previous point in the points table with only four points. The bowling line and batting line of Mumbai Indians have performed very well on a very strong day. And will show better performance in future.

They retained Samad, which makes me wonder about their IQ level. Anyway, cricket is a side business for the SRH management. The franchise is owned by Kalanithi Maran, a multi-billionaire who is known for numerous corruption scandals during the UPA era (2004-2014). The way they behave in public makes me angry. And even the younger members of the family (esp. Kaviya Maran) are very arrogant.

During yesterday's match, they required 24 runs from 12 balls and made just 9 runs. Abdul Samad and Bhuvneshwar Kumar managed just 4 runs from the 19th over which was bowled by Cameron Green. And then Arjun Tendulkar came to bowl the last over and they made just 5 runs.

This kid Tilak Varma is a serious talent, playing pace and spin with ease and it's a very good sign for India. Very impressive to watch him play, I won't be surprised if he earns his maiden Indian cap soon.

Brohit somehow only going with his cameo and not converting his start, this is not a good sign cause WC is around the corner but at the same he has a history of not performing with the bat in the IPL consistently.

Tilak Verma should be put up in the order. He has the potential to score big runs. Ishan Kishan one of the highest paid player is struggling and it is evident with his strike rate. SKY did it again another lose shot and got out cheaply.

If it was not Green then MI wouldn't have reached 190. SRH completely dependent on the performance of foreign players. Mayank Agarwal was thinking that he was playing an ODI rather than a T20 league match. Pathetic performance by SRH yet again.

Atm he's doing a good job in the middle order so hard to argue on moving him up at the order, considering the opening slots are fixed for Kishan-Rohit and number 4 is fixed for SKY. Number 3 was a possibility but Green did an excellent job last night so he deserves more chances at number 3.

Tilak's time will come soon, he's just 20 yo and Rohit won't stay there for long. Kishan is a bit disappointing but he does have a talent and game plan for the white ball cricket, he's young too that's why MI is banking on him.

26th Match of IPL Rajasthan Royals vs Lucknow Super Giants will start today. Rajasthan Royals are at the top of the rankings. Lucknow Super Giants are also ranked number two. Rajasthan have won their last 3 matches in a row. Maybe they will try to continue the winning streak today. Jos Buttler is performing admirably. Rajasthan's batting line is very strong. Lucknow Super Giants also have a very good batting line. So far Rajasthan have won 4 out of 5 matches. Lucknow got 3 wins in 5 matches. Kishan is a big disappointment from last year. He agressive which is good but lacks consistency. Rohit is getting old faster than Kohli and Dhoni. I think he will continue till the ODIWC and then might move out from international cricket. Already he is out from T20 format and I do not think a lot of ODIs happen now days.

Tilak is a young talent and you are right. The thing is that MI team management should give him more chance to show his talent. If they are encouraging Arjun Tendulkar then why not Tilak too.

Right now Pakistan is leading by 2-1. But I agree that a 2-3 result in favor of New Zealand won't be taken too negatively by the Kiwis. They are a small country of some 4 million people and being branded as one of the top cricketing countries is itself an achievement. And in recent times, the team has benefitted from the influx of players from South Africa and a few other countries. During last match, the New Zealand squad had three foreign-born players (Chad Bowes from South Africa, Mark Chapman from Hong Kong and Ish Sodhi from India).

Pakistan must focus on winning the series. It will be second humiliation in a row (first is losing T20 series to Afghanistan) if they lost this series too. That is true. New Zealand is playing without at least half a dozen of their regular players, including Tim Southee, Kane Williamson, Trent Boult, Lockie Ferguson and Glenn Philips. I don't really understand the logic in holding the series at this time, when the Indian Premier League is ongoing. It doesn't impact Pakistan, because their players are not participating in the league. But a number of New Zealand players are taking part in this tournament and that is the reason why they have sent a second string side to Pakistan. Ideally they would have staged a test series at this time, instead of T20 series.

BTW, the father and son duo have been part of the MI team this season and Arjun Tendulkar has started getting media attention. Their PR team knows how to get attention in front of the MI fans. I guess Sunil Gavaskar did not get such an opportunity for Rohan Gavaskar. He also got his first wicket in the IPL.

Ishan Kishan would be fine after a couple of more matches or after the IPL  . Too much money at this age always becomes a problem. Look at Prithvi Shaw he has been praying for getting selected in the Indian squad but has not been able to deliver.

Sabka time aayega MI mein, that's what this franchise does. They hardly waste talent and are known for nurturing them.

Likes of Rohit (in captaincy), Hardik, Bumrah, SKY etc names come into my mind. In the younger lot, they have Dewald Brevis, Tristan Stubbs, Tilak, Kishan and a couple more. Don't forget Brevis and Stubbs are warming the bench atm, all of them are serious talent.

New Zealand lost three regular matches against Pakistan.  Pakistan is very good at cricket and they have been playing very well before and New Zealand has not learned or been able to perform very well in the game till now.  So they lost all three regular matches against Pakistan. I have not seen New Zealand play very well in their previous matches either.  So after playing the last two matches I was sure that New Zealand will lose the third match too against Pakistan.  And that's exactly what happened

As Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants square up for the third time the anticipation is at an all time high. Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will be motivated to reverse the results this time because Rajasthan Royals were undefeated in the previous two games. Looks like Rajasthan Royals is on route to win this match as Lucknow Super Giants is yet to pick up a wicket and RR is cruising to victory with the way things are going as RR only need 75 more runs to win with 55 balls left and with 10 wickets in hand LSG needs to take wickets now to put any sort of pressure to make the match interesting, if not it will be a rare one sided match.

Arjun Tendulkar is playing really well. As a medium fast bowler he had been performing good. Even in the depth overs he had bowled well in the last match. However we'll get to know well about the performance while bowling at critical situations.

The captain didn't perform well with his bat, but he does things in a better way and takes his team to win. Good captaincy and Stoinis took two important wickets and wickets started to fall. Your comment is correct but Rajasthan Royals lost by just 10 runs where their target was 158 runs. One thing to notice, three batsmen of Rajasthan Royals batted like 16 overs but their runs scored in ODI style.
Josh Buttler managed to score just 40 runs from 41 balls in today's match where he was able to score runs at lightning speed. If he had not played in a defensive mood but had played in an aggressive mood, the result of the match could have been different.
