Man I'm not enjoying this impact player rule, it's looks like a cheat code in modern cricket.

The scorecard should've been stopped at the 130 mark at best but due to this new rule, teams are free to use an extra batter and get away with the humiliation of sorts. It's a good edition for IPL or entertainment per se because of TRP and brand value with a mix of innovation but in the long term it's going ruin to Indian cricket for sure unless T-20I also introduces the "Impact Player" rule, which won't happen.

Wow, what a moment! Dipendra Singh Airee from Nepal smashed six sixes in a single over against Qatar in the ACC Men's Premier Cup 2024. He showed some incredible talent and determination out there. It takes a lot of focus and skill to achieve such a feat. With his unbeaten 64 runs, he helped his team reach a total of 210. Nepal ended up winning the match by a comfortable margin of 32 runs.

Nepal batsmen scored 210 runs in 20 overs.  And it was a great goal.  And the Qatar batsmen could not meet this target and would lose the match.  Nepal batsmen showed great interest in the match and scored runs with effort and struggle.  My congratulations to the Nepal team for their win and may they continue to play like this and keep winning matches.  And Qatar batsmen should focus on their performance so that they can perform well in the next matches.

It is difficult to predict which team will win. I think we will see Punjab win today's match. However, the bookies naturally consider Rajasthan Royals as favourites.

It's almost always difficult trying to predict which team will win in an IPL match thanks to the crazy volatility of the tournament just like BTC price at any point of time. Am expecting RR to get back to winning ways.

Why? Because RR barely lost their last match while Punjab is clearly struggling in every single department. Let's see what happens.

I thought Punjab might perform well today. But my assumption was wrong. The batting of Punjab's batsmen was very slow. The team batted slowly from the beginning of the innings. And after the loss of wickets, their batting became slower. In the first 10 overs, Punjab's collection was only 53 runs for the loss of 4 wickets. Delivering big targets after such a slow start is very difficult. Even then, the Punjab team managed to set a target of 148 runs. Apart from Ashutosh Sharma in the Punjab squad, I have not seen any batsman batting well. Ashutosh Sharma was unbeaten with 31 runs off 16 balls.



Rajasthan team just lost the wicket of Jaiswal. Rajasthan collected 82 runs losing 2 wickets in 11.4 overs. If they don't lose quick wickets then Rajasthan will win this match easily. Rajasthan's batting order is strong. The team needs to collect only 66 runs off 50 balls to win. It is not a difficult task. If the batsmen can survive at the crease, they will collect 66 runs very easily.

But this time the competition is quite tough. Also, the top-3 teams will earn a place in the 2025 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup.

Yeah. I don't like this rule either since it gives batters an even bigger advantage over bowlers widening the gap drastically. It sucks, but it is what it is. Hope they don't add in the T20I format though later on.

The team needs to collect only 66 runs off 50 balls to win. It is not a difficult task. If the batsmen can survive at the crease, they will collect 66 runs very easily.

They are 3 down now, but I am still expecting RR to win comfortably since they have plenty of firepower remaining.

Nepal has registered his second consecutive win in ACC T20 Premier Cup which is quite strong indication of how well they are prepared to be the part of next upcoming Asia cup again as we all know they were part of previous aisa cup but unfortunately unable to done strong performance through which they qualify for next round because they need huge experience and some extra ordinary players in order to tackle top sides of the tournament. According to points table they are on top of the table at its own group while from group be the dominator are UAE which will definitely qualify and may be at the end Nepal will beat them. Now coming to score board where some of Nepalese batter done phenomenal just like above guy explained about 6 sixes in single over while compared to them Qatar done a good job as they are not much talented and experienced team but still they done awesome. I would say that the two openers of Rajasthan Royals did very well batting I would like to say that will did at least a performance on today's match because their strike rate and run wasn't that much good today. But They make the biggest partnership in today's match and it was 56 run from 50 balls.
I want to give credit today's Shimron Hetmyer and Rovman Powell they made excellent batting at the end of the match for them I think Rajasthan Royals available get win. Otherwise the match was so closed today it is true that Punjab Kings score wasn't so good today but their bowling performance make some difficulty for win to Rajasthan Royals

But I must say that Punjab Kings squad played this match with very low defeating target they displayed strong impressive bowling performance taking the match down to at last over but sadly Punjab Kings squad could not emerge victory in this match and lost this victory by one delivery and 3 wickets. Riyan Parag batting performance in today match was just normal and collected 23 scores just after that he was wiped out. In last over, due to Shimron Hetmyer hitting two log sixes and Royal Rajasthan got a victory in today match and maintain first position in table otherwise Royal Rajasthan squad would have surely lost this match. I don't think so Punjab Kings squad will reach in semi final matches.

First Nepal won toss and gave a bowling chance to opponent team Qatar and this game was held on Al Amerat Cricket Ground Oman Cricket Stadium and Nepal team made 210 runs target in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets and this target waa not possible to chase. Qatar team lost this game by 32 runs and only chased 178 runs by losing wickets. D.Airee was alrounder player got a player of game award in bowling he took down 2 wickets and in batting he scored 64 runs. A.Sheikh scored 52 runs from 41 balls with six 4s and his effort was also very excellent. M.Tanveer struggle also very outstanding and scored 63 runs from Qatar team side but his effort was not beneficial for team.

Rajasthan Royals won the game in a hard-fought, highly contested game. This ground of today's game is famous for its bowling pitch, all the bowlers have collected more or less wickets. So both the teams lacked patient batsmen, only Rajasthan Royals Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 39 runs which was the highest run scorer between the two teams. So I can say that today's field was dominated by the bowling, between the two teams, neither side's players did well in the start, the fall of extra wickets. Rajasthan Royals have retained the top spot in the points table by winning 5 out of 6 matches.

Things are now getting very clear as PBKS are wrapping up there innings. After 18 overs PBKS have lost 7 wickets and score is just 123 runs. They might give target of 140 or some good hitting in last two overs can take them to 150 max. Rajasthan royals done it they finally won an important match after a tough fight because they way they lose few of thier important wickets especially at last stage was really blow our mind because things were looking like out of thier hands despite they have very low target compared to all previous matches but I think bowler were truely in colour and delivering thier best also they were already under pressure because of thier previous defeats and it's kind of hard for them to regain his form and consistency back but later some mind blowing performance from hetmyer really get the game back for them right before last ball and thus they get this momentum back. Currently they are dominating points table by holding top of the table with a highest points till now hope things will be good for them in next stages

Surprsing changes from both the teams yesterday (despite Jaiswal and Ashutosh coming back as an impact players), these changes obviously didn't work out well for either as PBKS barely got 147 and RR barely chased it.

Livingstone's run-out from Sanju was real good.

Another season for PBKS/RCB/DC to keep changing positions between themselves.

Although they could control the first two balls, they could not control the ball on the last day. The batsmen of the Rajasthan Royals team confirmed the victory with 2 six boundaries. The only reason Punjab Kings team lost was because of Arshdeep Singh's bowling performance.

One thing that I don't like is the fact that only one out of the 10 participating teams will qualify for the 2025 Asia Cup competition. They could have given slots for 2 more teams. But then, most of the teams apart from Nepal doesn't have any native players and therefore they are not supported by anyone in the countries which they represent. Nepal and Malaysia are two teams with native players who have progressed quite well in recent times. And then there are Indonesia and Iran, who are making rapid progress.
