Already happened to me once, when i lose trading. Lose much because panic when dump happen in Bittrex. But after i cut loss my coin, it back up to price that i bought it and then increased it. But that make me learn, we only need some patience when trading and to keep train our skill.

Learn from mistakes is good lesson to keep survive but unfortunately many people use mistakes to stop not to fix. We can see in many forum, groups or telegram channel many people complaint about their method but believe or not they only not want to learn from that. Make a journal and write everything about your activity, fix it and test again.
