That break in the game has done wonders for Spurs. Ajax had a total control of the game before that event and afterwards Spurs managed to wrestle some control back. They look good in second half so maybe they manage to hurt Ajax.

They've started quite well in the second half indeed, they just need to be organized when attacking, and Llorente looks realltly lost. I think Sissoko being brought into the game has made the Spurs midfield more effective.

Ajax is playing amazingly tonight. They are still ahead with 0-1 after 70 minutes played.
I have placed a bet for a 1-1 score but I would be happy as well if Ajax will win that.

I'm disappointed about Tottenham performance, especially in first 30 minutes. You simply can't let your opponent to dominate at your home pitch and dream about UCL final. Second half was better, but it's not enough to score a goal. Ban of Son made big influence to Spurs tonight.
Ajax did a great job tonight, but 0:1 is still very tiny advantage and everything is still open before second leg.

The next match would be tomorrow for Liverpool and Barcelona in Camp Nou I'll just tell it straight that Liverpool might have a chance here given that they performed well with their recent Champion's League matches which includes a decisive win against Bayern Munich at their own turf. With that Liverpool doesn't have anything to rely with, both teams are at full strength and no notable injuries for either side. Between that I only see Barcelona having a clear advantage here at their home.

Really nice match today. Ajax better in 1st half, Tottenham in 2nd half, Ajax deserved the win. It will be hard as hell for Tottenham in Amsterdam.

What an awful, awful game of football that was last night. The only consolation I have is that there's no way the game tomorrow will be as bad as the other one. But the fact that Ajax still got a good result even when they displayed their worst performance in the KO stages, says a lot about this team. Btw, is it just me or Van de Beek scored the exact same goal against Juventus? lol

I'd even go with under 1.5 goals @3.25.

I think so, because a surprise will definitely happen. goal margin is only 1, Tottenham's need at least 2-0 to get away,
and ajax will certainly provide great resistance in their home. maybe I will try to bet with over 2.5 goals in the second leg

Sissoko was the best player on the pitch after entering the game and he isn't even fully fit. I agree that Spurs will be much more dangerous with him and Son in starting lineup. I have great respect for Pochetinno, he is doing his job admirably and uses the assets he has without crying like a baby about the problems. I can only imagine what would be the conference like if Mourihno was a coach and he missed Kane & Son plus Ajax had a whole game week cancelled by Duch league to better prepare plus they conceded a goal from near offside. He would blame everybody and everything

I don't think any team will underestimate this Liverpool's team, the are they best Liverpool team of ages now, More complete in all areas, and are big threat when attacking, Barcelona of all team should know that already.

I think Barcelona will control the game and If they can avoid silly mistakes tonight, I predict it's going to be a 2 nil win for Barcelona.
