I can't find mine too. It's recorded on their database but for users, it's not showing. Probably, they've disabled that feature of showing their users' email add. Have you forgotten your email? It's required when you log in.

In my part, i used an electrum wallet to receive the designated withdrawal and I just notice that the electrum already prompt that i will receive the payment from the withdrawal in blackjack and still upon checking on my account transaction ID is still soon its might hard to the user too to check if they already process or not because tx id is one of the most important to verify if it's already processing or not. Well, I guess this might fix by the blackjack management soon.
