Guys anyone here experience withdrawal transaction pending for almost 24hrs? This is my first time to encounter it and I'm sure I will received my money soon but the problem is my BNB coin value is losing huge value due to the dump market. I was supposed to convert it to USDT first then transfer it back to Casino just to avoid dump yesterday but sadly it just stuck and the value of BNB is down from 404$ to 376$ and counting. I hope the price will not bleed more before I received my withdrawal.

I have withdrawn funds from Blackjack.fun several times and each time everything happened with a positive outcome and quite quickly. I don't recall a single case where transaction pending lasted 24 hours. Perhaps this is due to some kind of technical failure and you'd better contact the project's support with this issue. It seems to me that this event is extremely unusual for this gambling website.

We have same previous experience and I already indicated it too. I'm asking for the current withdrawal status to anyone that recently commit withdrawal. I already email the support and send this concern to the admin in chatbox. I just want to know if this is just an isolated case or not since there are some high roller complain too in chatbox that raise a concern about his stuck deposit few hours ago. I think they have a problem on the hot wallet that process withdrawal for my currency.

I myself had problems with TRX withdrawals when I request a withdrawal it can't be processed at first I thought this happened only to me but you too
If there is a problem on the weekend it will usually take a long time to solve it they will be back to work on monday, i'm just guessing
but let's see if they respond as problems with deposits/withdrawals shouldn't be left for long

UPDATE: I received already my withdrawal just now. I thought this will take until tomorrow but thanks to the admin that they resolve my issue as soon as possible. I don't want to know about the specifics of this issue since I already got my money. Probably I will deposit this again after I convert to USDT. Built in exchange or automatic conversion into stablecoins of the balance will be a good feature in time like this which volatility is so high. The bear season will make you lose part of your balance passively.

Good to hear this mate. You probably withdraw by the time they have wallet maintenance. AFAIK they have a regular maintenance to improve the website, And also BNB seems new addition to the accepted currencies coz I didn't notice it before the time I'm still active on playing in the Casino. Nope, I just Figured out that The amount is the user's winning bet. For example, the Real winner placed a bet of 60mBTC and his winning amount was 120mBTC. So the list is showing Players winning amounts. The prize is not showing on that notification where it usually shows the prize.

I tried to test this on roulette but no winning bet shows up.

For example I place 1 chip on Hi and 1 chip on Lo, and you know, if it does not roll on zero,,, then you win 2 chips (so you do not win or lose anything). And check the leaderboard, no result is captured.

But if I place 1 chip with no opposite bet and win, then it shows up. So I think you must make a net profit to record on the hourly wins. Can anyone else confirm?

To clarify, the contest was HOURLY BIGGEST WIN COMPETITION which means the profit on your bet is counted. It's useless to use the roulette and do the wagering farm technique because it will just result to a draw bet. You need to win a bet to be on the leader board. Try playing the Casino Holdem Poker since you have a chance to increase your bet into x3 for the first 3 cards. Plus the bonus payout if you have good hand card that belong s on pay table. The total winnings is what matter so you can go big time and win the leader board with just 1 lucky hand.

I'm surprised that I always received BTC to my address without knowing that I'm on the leaderboard.

I am pretty much puzzled right now. As far as I know, Everyone receives their rewards on their Blackjack account/wallet. I have won hourly/daily wager contests multiple times and always get credited to my Blackjack account. It confused me that you said you received BTC to your wallet address. Maybe mistakes? By the way, It amazed me that blackjack introduced 10 winners for the hourly biggest wins. It's easy now to be a winner now.

Ooops. What I mean is I regularly betting and I didn’t know that I’m winning the hourly wagering contest since I’m not aware that they already change the rules for the winners. They distribute it on top 10 compared before that they only reward the highest hourly win winner. That’s why I’m surprised that I'm receiving extra BTC per hour since I’m using TRX and BNB on my bets.

That means you could basically earn enough btc to withdraw if you do not want to gamble with it, or if you want to gamble with it then you will have to end up making a bit of a different coin than what you usually gamble with but shouldn't be of any difference to you to be fair.

I personally like to gamble with btc when I get it, it allows me to be a lot more at ease with it and allows me to make some more money in the bitcoin sense because I try to gain that more than anything else. That's why sometimes I play with altcoins. But, there are some issues with Blackjack fun using altcoins. You cannot play all the games using altcoins.

Can Blackjack implement a built-in crypto swap/exchange to solve this issue I heard one of its competitor built one?  Or implement an automatic conversion of the deposit to Casino Credit and use it as fund needed to bet on all games just like other competitors out there.

So,,, I confirm I was right and naim was wrong then But good to learn together,,, I just like playing Blackjack original as that is the fastest game for me, very quick, no delay since the upgrade and very good odds/house edge I would say. Of course I sometimes double down and even x2 every now and then and if you get A10 you get 2.5x winnings, nice!

A support email should be able to help you resolve issues quickly especially when you have proof of deposit that has not been credited. How about live chat, have you tried it too? But by the way I think it's true that anyone should be able to avoid depositing using TRX for a while if indeed the TRX deposit is in the process of being upgraded. But it would be nice if the team or owner wanted to announce it in the thread so the players know and maybe can avoid it for the time being.

There's a same concern before on the previous page of this thread that already solved. I think the problem is with there crypto wallet in general and not on TRX wallet alone. They are doing maintenance last and maybe this is just an extension. Base on the feedback, You probably received your deposit after 24 to 48hrs from the time admin acknowledge your concern.

Actually, in the past few days, I also had problems with withdrawals and had a temporary delay.

For example, today I made a withdrawal and after I checked a few hours later, it turns out that my withdrawal has not been processed. And I checked back a few hours later and it still hasn't been processed.

Finally, I just let it go and I didn't see it until the next day and it turned out that my withdrawal had been processed and the money had gone into my wallet.
