They will leave because they got disappointed but only if this site cleared everything right at the start, players will know if what to expect. They can decide if they will continue playing on the site or not. You guys run a campaign but your signatures are almost empty, I mean there is no special words written on it like what other gambling sites are doing. How can you attract players that way? Still, having a signature campaign can still give awareness that this site exists.

Do you even visit the website? It seems you don't have a clue on what you are talking about and just visit the front page of Blackjack.fun. You can check all the available game here https://blackjack.fun/games and use the filter option on the top part to choose the genre which displays all types of games including the live games. Sportsbook is still under development and we are all waiting on its arrival but the current games on the Casino is sufficient to cover all the games that you want. If you really playing in the casino ad not just posting here.

He's there. Took a break. A few big ones did that, you'll see them appearing in chatbox every now and then.

Not the amounts I was talking about, I mean most of the times I've just placed enough to get 1k or 2k sats, I do that just for fun. Play a couple hands of blackjack, win those amounts, and it even enters me into the next rounds, come back after a few hours and I've got an extra 0.1 mbtc or so.

I don't think it's a bug, just an overlooked reward and pays off for those active is all.

Try to hit the chatbox and let the admin there look over your case, Admin is more active on the chatbox since they moderate it most of the time, unlike their email support. @Oth3rion is the active admin there so make sure you mention him on the chat so that he can easily notice your concern.

Even at hourly, if you are a person who gambles very little like me, then you are not going to be winning much. I did managed to win a few times at the bottom and by luck but that was really just a situation where nobody gambled at that time zone, on times when it is more crowded that becomes something impossible for me.

The only reason is that I rarely gamble with any meaningful amount, I gamble with as minimum as it gets and I do not put all of my gambling in just one hour neither, I spread it to the whole day, which makes it hard. If I end up grinding hard with all my money then of course I can win, I will even be first at times, but I do not see the point of it, I gamble the way I have fun and that is much better.

Ok understand... this happens because there are not enough players during some hours but is not always possible . Best trick is to check at the end of the hour and be able to understand if there is "enough space" in current rank.
Of course this is a good opportunity for people betting with a low amount and don't want risk too much.

It is still "something", that should be the thing that you should focus on. I personally do not believe that people would ever complain about "free" money, just do what you normally do and in return you will be getting something in return and you will be profiting from it as well.

I know that it is not going to be something that would be beneficial for you in the sense that if you are gambling somewhere else, you wouldn't stop gambling there and start gambling here just because there is a small reward. However, if you are already gambling here then it could be a great thing that you could end up keep on gambling and be happy about the extra.

I still support live support services available in the near future at least within this year this will make it easier to solve cases or remind them when they forget to check it. By the way I haven't seen RW since last week
