It took time for them to answer the email ticket since the dev is not working during weekends because your concern is related to that. They are not ignoring you but rather they are just waiting for an answer from their devs since the support has no control over technical concerns. They already clear the 3 issue that you report so just wait for a bit until they reply to you.

I don't think it's a bug, just an overlooked reward and pays off for those active is all.

Ok understand... this happens because there are not enough players during some hours but is not always possible . Best trick is to check at the end of the hour and be able to understand if there is "enough space" in current rank.
Of course this is a good opportunity for people betting with a low amount and don't want risk too much.

Probably not worth it for the 1k or 2k rewards. As far as I can tell during the past week at least, wager the minimum bet on Blackjack, play about 10 hands and you're fine. I do double up on bets semi martingale so I guess it can become significant on one losing streak but anyway, no pain no gain, usually is the case lol.

It took time for them to answer the email ticket since the dev is not working during weekends because your concern is related to that. I didn't know this bug but if you are a regular bettor regardless of the amount, You will surely get a reward on hourly contest since there's still only few users participating on hourly contest and you can see same user that win every hour. Even at hourly, if you are a person who gambles very little like me, then you are not going to be winning much. I did managed to win a few times at the bottom and by luck but that was really just a situation where nobody gambled at that time zone, on times when it is more crowded that becomes something impossible for me.

The only reason is that I rarely gamble with any meaningful amount, I gamble with as minimum as it gets and I do not put all of my gambling in just one hour neither, I spread it to the whole day, which makes it hard. If I end up grinding hard with all my money then of course I can win, I will even be first at times, but I do not see the point of it, I gamble the way I have fun and that is much better.

Do you really play in Blackjack.fun casino because you seem not familiar with the hourly contest stats. The price is distributed to the top 20 and the number of users actively participating in the contest so you can definitely get a reward even with a small amount of capital. I was only using the reward that I get on my previous hourly contest and so far I can still keep get a hourly wager prize with just 50ubtc balance. I doubt that your balance you are pertaining is smaller than that because the minimum deposit in the casino is much higher than that and also you're not participants on signature campaign for a source of other balance.

Happens to me about once or twice a day. I play and win one round in the same hour, so next hour I get the rewards for a placement in the biggest hourly win (since prizes are awarded next hour).

But if you check the refreshed biggest hourly win, you're also in it, because of the win awarded. I didn't see if this happened over and over, I only checked 2 or 3 times.
