Great to see that BTC has exceeded $ 4000. Currently BTC has surpassed $ 4200 and I am confident that its price will continue to increase in the near future. $ 5000 and $ 6000 are the next targets for BTC

ICO will still exist at any price of bitcoin, but only really good projects will be successful, just like now there are so many ICO projects coming in but very few are successful

Maybe you already know when the price of bitcoin has decreased to the price at this time and there is many altcoins are no longer interested by investors so they sell it. That is an effect of the decline in bitcoin prices, but that depends on the ICO project itself. When many people consider the project to have potential, they will always try to save the token even though the price continues to decline.  So even though the price of bitcoin fall more than $1,000 if the token has a large potential, the token definitely have a price.

Even at the moment so many couldn't survive,  I mean ICOs,  this is not because their intent was to scam or not to complete the project but because the fall of bitcoin made so many investors to go away or not to continue because to them it looks like the space is gradually passing away so if bitcoin falls to $1000 , then that would result to seeing very less ICOs if at all we would see. I don't pray for such a time.

In the beginning of 2019 I saw that 4-5 ICOs were successful and its price after being listed was also very great. BTT has increased 10 times compared to ICO price and some other ICOs have increased 3-4 times, I believe ICO is returning and of course only for good projects

Just hope they already sell their ICOs income. I mean like, they need fiat to develop their project. if i make an ICO maybe i will sell my coins immediately before price get down, or maybe save some to pay listing market.

I don't think that Bitcoin will fall again. And by looking at the current crypto market conditions, there are no signs that Bitcoin will fall. I see that Bitcoin, Ethereum, and all Altcoin will increase. And in the past few weeks, there have been surprises that coins can pump prices. Even though the pump isn't too high.

ICOs need to adapt to the new challenges. There were ICOs when a bitcon was worth $1k, so I don't think ICOs cannot exist at BTC = $1,000.

Why not? ICOs depend on the price of major coins such as eth and btc. So whether the price of it is beyond your imagination its okay. The problem here on some ICOs are they pegged their ICO price with these two that shouldnt be not as safe is relating it to USD price or stablecoins which has more neutral and stable movement.

I think that the emergence of new projects can only stop the death of a crypto market. At any price of Bitcoin and Ethereum, new projects will appear and will be carried out by ICO. However, not all of them will be successful.

As it is currently, ICOs are dead already Btc won't see 1k$ no matter how bad the market goes except there's a sudden crash but the market markets and institutions invested in Btc won't let that price hold.

Yes, you are right if Bitcoin returns to the price of $ 1000, of course, it has a big impact. Especially for ICO projects, there will be many projects that fail and the worst is an increase in fraud.
