The sumpool issue was due to the pool launching with out of date code. As detailed above all operators were contacted about this before launch. I'll contact sumpool directly and we can discuss this further.
Regarding MPOS issues with some pools I've brought new developers on board to fix this and hope to have the new source online in the next few days. I'm looking to build a team of 2/3 developers supporting this coin long term so that technical issues are resolved quickly and new features added. Most quality developers want to be paid by the hour I find and that adds up quickly.
Please note I'm certainly not looking to dump coins (and I hope other people aren't either
) but devs and lots of other things cost. For really moving this coin forward - both technical and marketing tasks - people need to be paid. Much of this will be PCN rewards to the community, but some people don't want to be paid in a new currency, they want BTC or dollars.
The point of the pre-mine is to pay for things like this and in those cases I need a way to convert PCN to BTC/USD. This isn't possible on CryptoRush at the moment due to very low trading volume.
Any other issues you'd like me to look at please let me know.
So to confirm, priorities are:
- Dev work - major update next few days
- I'd like one or two more block explorers, especially so I have a clear way of showing exactly where the pre-mine is
- A way to convert some of the pre-mine to BTC so I can pay for things where people won't accept a new alt. Every single transaction from the pre-mine will be listed and further details can always be provided, I'll be 100% transparent about this.
I haven't worked full time today since after the last 48 hours and working 16 hour days I've needed a bit of a rest, but am back on this full time Monday and at some point during next week a significant marketing push will start.
My goal with this coin is to create significant value for the community, and all marketing and technical work is with that goal in mind.
PS. Forgot to mention - giveaways are starting tomorrow. I'm thinking about how to do this - I'll probably list further details on the website when this gets under way. And of course if we're giving out a million or more PCN it's important it gets spread out evenly, so just thinking about how to do that too. Those giveaways are separate to the significant rewards we'll be giving out for marketing and other bounties - that will also start this coming week.
