You can make a bad decision in desperation. but if you are 100% sure that this can recover your past losses you can implement any of the two or both but like what I'm saying invest only what you can afford to lose, you will be very disappointed and frustrated because you are making plans out of desperation.

I wouldn't risk it... this is the more reason you only have to invezt what you can afford to loose... though I'll advice you not to follow hyped coins

I wouldn't risk it... this is the more reason you only have to invezt what you can afford to loose... though I'll advice you not to follow hyped coins

To expect fast profit on short run to recover losses is always a bad idea, it's a clear signal of desperation. If the investor has already lost 90% of his funds with altcoins, it's a bad idea to keep investing on it. Better to just exchange the 10% left to bitcoin and hodl it.
On long run the loss will be recovered.
