Unfortunately, but neither on Twitter nor under the shortcuts of the links to the Trustdice website, I have not been able to find any details about the promotion for Bitcointalk users. It says it's a BTC bonus, but it's a bit hard for me to believe. Either thats are just free spins or the wagering will be quite high.

Just wanted to update you guys on the "jimdemeray" case. It now comes to light that this user has been conducting duplicate accounts, which is supported by overwhelming evidence that we uncovered in our further investigation.

Signs of possible duplicate accounts were in fact what triggered a KYC check in the first place. And more anomalies were found when our KYC service provider reviewed the documents. We were therefore suggested to consider the documents fraudulent. And now, with a further, deeper investigation, we have finally pieced together the whole picture of this abuse attempt.

In light of his abusive behavior, we have taken the action to confiscate the whole remaining balance of the account, in accordance with our T&C 3.2:
You are allowed to have only one Member Account. Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting our support team via the Live Chat. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member account being blocked for access.

Oh, and it’s not “good faith” to offer to refund a user’s deposit rather than confiscating their entire balance when they won money on your site legitimately. It just makes you slightly less scummy than the absolute scam sites.

Unfortunately I was there for a while, only betting sports, and had done pretty well. I don’t believe TrustDice is a complete scam but they are definitely doing me, and others, very dirty.

Not a lot, just a few cents, maybe a lot of people have claimed it so that the promo code is less that I get, and it seems like there are no other requirements, we just enter the code given by trustdice.

I had claimed the bonus code too and received only 580 satoshi from it. The bonus amount was really low, but there was no requirement as you have said above. I haven't made any deposit at Trustdice yet. Moreover I hadn't placed any bet there. So, I wasn't surprised with the little bonus amount.

There is a group of people who stays active on twitter always to join in the giveaways, they also stay active for claiming the bonus code quickly. Many of them abuse the bonus code with multiple accounts. You won't see much difference if OP post the bonus code here in the forum. The max claim will be reached shortly.

You mean a special Bitcoin talk forum promotion right? Some casinos have done similar promo in the past and that is a good way to start as the bonus code will only be used by forum members. So, I replied that my documents were completely genuine and sent an additional set including my government issued passport, another government issued utility bill, and yet another selfie of me holding the passport this time. With this post only, it does not make sense to prove that your document is genuine.

However I don't recommend you to post photos of your personal documents here. The same for TrustDice company because they have responsibility to keep their user documents secured and safely.

If you want to prove that your document is genuine, it must be done via a third party, a mediator if possible. I don't say anything bad about your case but assume you actually use faked document for KYC, it seems that are more unacceptable activities with your account. If it is the case, TrustDice team actually do have more evidence against your case.

It turns out that signature campaign is effective to there exposure that result to extension. Hhampuz campaigns usually has trial run for about 1 to 2 weeks then see the result for a possible extension. Since Trustdice decided to extend, I think they like how the community support them in there business venture here.

Honestly I thought this casino is problematic since there's a lot of issue when they start there thread.
