I made deposit about 500 usd and won about 1500. Got blocked, with fake reason EDITED DOCUMENTS. Casino ignored me, andd only after i post complaint at casino guru, this scam casino tryed to write that i have fake document.

After i provided notarized document, this SCAM casino contunie ignore.

They asked to make notarised documents, which they can check online by appostile, when i made it, they choose to ignore the situation.


at CASINO GURU large gamling site about gamling, this SCAM casino already has BAD REPUTATION.


Do not play here, this site is total scam. They will steal your balance withone any reaason, just fake reason.
They buy reviews, a lot of fake reviews from USA at trustpilot, but USA is in restricted territories.

It has been 17 days since the KYC request, and you still have not submitted the KYC documents yet. I sent back an email 10 days later to figure out why my account had been banned. From the email I recieved, it looked like there was no way back and there was some sort of ToS breach, so I wanted to figure out if my account would be unbanned if I provided KYC BEFORE I sent the requested documents. You are counting the days from first email to today, which does not accurately represent the reality of the situation. And, please keep in mind, I havent recieved an answer from the compliance team for over 5 days as well, I had to reach out through a forum so I could get a decent answer.

Now, you can believe me or not here, but there isn't a specific reason. I've just been busy dealing with personal stuff and completly forgot I still had money in your casino until I recieved the ban email. Personally, I dont think it's that big of a deal for a user to take some time to complete KYC, especially when I'm not even placing bets (again, 99% sure I didnt even log back in ever since they asked for KYC) and there wasnt anything in the email saying that failing to comply with the request within 10 days would result in a ban.

When you say the team would get a penalty for having the case open and "I'm preparing for KYC", like I dont even know what to say to that. I've been gambling for a fair amount of time and I have never been told "you have been banned because you took too long to complete KYC". And if this is truly how the compliance team operates, dont you think it would be best to inform the players on how your rules work? If the email had said "you have X amount of time to comply with the KYC request, otherwise you will be banned and funds confiscated", obviously we wouldnt be having this back and forth right now. Your comment makes it seem like I'm purposefully stalling the process so I can forge documents to withdraw 450$ (?)

If all it takes is doing the KYC so I can withdraw my funds, I'll do it in 5 minutes.

This isn't actually ignoring the problem, but if the complainant can't have a good discussion, it won't solve the problem. From what I read from @alol1986 he is indeed stubborn and he doesn't accept arguments from other people, he doesn't even hesitate to accuse a casino of fraud if it doesn't line up with the arguments he conveys. If you continue to serve people like this then it's a waste of time. The team can respond to other users who have obvious problems, not just speak with emotion.

I dont get it. If you claim I got banned for disregarding KYC, you are now telling me doing KYC might not accomplish anything is that correct?

3.9 We have the right to carry out “KYC” (Know Your Customer) verification procedures and access to your Member Account may be blocked or closed if you don’t complete KYC verification or we determine that you have supplied false or misleading information.

I'm curious what reason there is to keep my account banned if I provide KYC, what a great stand from a "reputable casino".

Making clear complaints is still quite justified but on the other hand we also have to make some boundaries so that we are also heard because of course in cases like this if we really want our complaints and arguments to be heard then we also have to try to listen to other people, apart from that of course we must also have a condition where ethics comes first.
It's true that when we complain and feel that there is injustice to ourselves, then of course we don't accept anything that is not profitable, but on the other hand, as I said before, there is no need to rely on emotions for this because it is by relying on emotions and feeling the most righteous self. and the most hurt without seeing other people's arguments it can be self-defeating.

I have some questions about the bonus beside sharing my lucky experience with your casino. I noticed that this topic has been active for over three years and still many users replying to it and also the bonus is still available So i had to try it. I registered for an account and confirmed my email address and i received $2. What’s the minimum amount of playing everyday until the forth day?

This isn't actually ignoring the problem, but if the complainant can't have a good discussion, it won't solve the problem. From what I read from @alol1986 he is indeed stubborn and he doesn't accept arguments from other people, he doesn't even hesitate to accuse a casino of fraud if it doesn't line up with the arguments he conveys. If you continue to serve people like this then it's a waste of time. The team can respond to other users who have obvious problems, not just speak with emotion.
I believe he is a frustrated gambler who has lost a lot of money and he pretends that his money has been withheld by the casino to get sympathy. lol.
sometimes it is better to remain silent in response to arrogant people. someone who has an emotional disposition coupled with the loss of losing gambling is very difficult to give subtle directions and for sure he will always be stubborn with his mind.
it's true that TrustDice representatives prefer to stop responding on the grounds that this thread is more peaceful than arrogant people.

Thank you for your answer! I apologize for not being specific with my previous question earlier. What I meant to ask was : what is the minimum deposit required in order to make a withdrawal? I attempted to withdraw funds but my request was declined and I now understand that I need to deposit at least 0.0005 BTC in order to withdraw normally? I hope I’m right. Beside that I would like to know if it is possible to withdraw my balance while keeping my deposit given that you require 5x wagering.
 I am sorry for asking so many questions, but I need to be clear on these matters and some things aren’t that clear.

Fake block reasons which are used by this casino, now are proven.
My expirience they blocked my account with reason FAKE DOCUMENTS.
Now i proved my documents are notarised. And they ignore situation.

I dont get it. If you claim I got banned for disregarding KYC, you are now telling me doing KYC might not accomplish anything is that correct?
