I didn't see any red flag of now but I don't know if it was there, and what I see on the OP feedback is neutral tag and the trust board. If you see any feedback tag on a user, you can check the causes of the feedback on the users trust system or board. There is a scam accusations on Trustdice in the Scam Accusation Board. So even though it is pure there is an accusation on it. Probably worldofcoins did a mistake on the statement.

Well...unfortunately there have been two members who are particularly obsessed with us over a revolved case, and refuse to update the feedback to accurately reflect the real status, for which there is not much we can do. To be more specific, the "Reference" they provided has a subject line that explicitly states "SOLVED".
This isn't in line with the community's spirits, nor with forum rules, but we will leave this to the community members themselves to decide for him/herself what is right and what is wrong.

Anyone that see the feedback and is ready to check the status of the feedback can check and if the linked thread states resolved in then mean the user is free to make a deal with the casino even though there is a red flag, we have so many reputable members in this forum with the red flag but that does not stop them from proving themselves trustworthy in the forum.
*Not all feedback on the op's profile is necessary or valid we all are aware of the levels of abuse in the trust system.
*While we wait for the feedback to be corrected back to normal by ops who left it on the trust dice profile, that may never happen so at that we have to move on and overlook the feedback.

In fact, there was an issue we recently noticed on the Gambling board and had discussed with our CS team. Over the weekend we were unable to reply to the post. When we were about to reply to it today, we found that it had been moved to the Scam Accusations board. This means that we can no longer provide a reply, which we feel sorry to see.

The point Beparanf is trying to make is that there is a red-tagged against the creator of this thread so when he opened the thread there is a warning about the thread being created by someone with red tags.
-But the comments and reviews of the members of the forum are positive about the site trusdice and this seems to be confusing to Beparanf and he needs an explanation for that.

What actually happened in this case? We (some forum members) have guessed that his bet was rejected by the baccarat game provider as the user placed bets on both hands through two casinos.

The game provider has given us a very broad response, which we have provided to the player. Unfortunately after analyzing our NDA restrictions in our contract with them, we found that we are not permitted to disclose it in a public forum. Overall, we neither have a clear idea why the game provider thinks it was necessary to rejected the bet.

But after reading the player's descriptions of their behaviors, my personal observation is the same as yours. Since they have placed opposite bets in the same round of the same game with the same provider at only different online casinos, it could be easily detected by the game provider as fraudulent and collusive behavior, therefore getting the bet voided. It looks like player collusion being found.

Such circumstance is governed by below T&C clauses:
7.12 Winnings will be paid into your account after the final result is confirmed.
7.6 Trustdice.win reserves the right to adjust a bet payout credited to a Trustdice.win account if it is determined by Trustdice.win in its sole discretion that such a payout has been credited due to an error.
8.1.6 You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games. Trustdice.win hereby reserves the right to invalidate any wager in the event of such behaviour;

On a side note, our Customer Support in fact had suggested the user for several times that he/she can play Dice or Crash to easily complete the wager requirement (on Dice you can even set your win rate) and yet he/she still chose to play Baccarat.

if indeed you have problems with withdrawals or banned accounts, it's better for you to include concrete evidence such as screenshots and anything that can provide evidence to all of us here.

Maybe the only thing I can advise you is that apart from these narratives, accompany yourself with solid evidence dude, so that it will be valid when you complain about the scam accusation.

It's just strange because on your first deposits you didn't receive a bonus, but you won playing with the trustdice platform and you were able to withdraw without any problems, but on your third attempt to withdraw it was because you won again with a larger amount suddenly your account is blocked due to the issue of fake documents that you can prove are not fake but the support ignores that.

if you want to report it and feel it's unfair , you can create a new thread for the following allegations with evidence like screenshots or chat evidence with their team, if you make a post without any proof here of course people won't believe it, but cases like this there are lots of times where accounts and money are frozen by casinos because users violate casino rules and requirements. i hope you didn't break anything in their casino.

Recently we have encountered a group of organized abusers who systematically abused our Deposit Bonus.

Aside from all using Deposit Bonus, their behavior follows the same pattern in terms of GEOs, and several other metrics (which are not publicly disclosable due to anti-abuse concerns). Upon examining submitted KYC documents, we have found consistent indications of document being tampered, and they all contain the same traces of photo editing.

As some of them have opened tickets on AskGamblers and CasinoGuru, we are assisting both arbitrators to investigate this group of organized abusers and have provided all the evidences to both arbitrators at the time of writing.

The point is that the admin stated that you used some photo editing site to temper with the authenticity of the documents, and if that is true, it means they can deny the document from going through KYC verifications.
But then also, the casino can find other ways to get you verified without the possibility of any manipulation from the players, and since the admin said there is a notice of a large army of abusers launching attacks on their bonus system which is something their cant take likely.
