Made a mistake signing up to this site

Only got the bonus on the first day , after that they sent me email saying bonus has been credited but got nothing

The support doesnt understand their own promos and i gave up working with them

since i signed up they have been spamming me atleast 2 emails every day(including a personal email from the CEO, lol)

They just scammed me of 12 EOS.  
Deposited 12EOS and wagered about 10 times my deposit tried withdrawing 12.4EOS but they declined and no answer from the support.

@coinbox1 what about answering the concern of the 2 user above. They are spamming the forum about their negative experience on your casino. I knew that they are some kind of problematic cases but you should address them properly instead of ignoring it since you reply on other post and skip theirs.

The concern of @Rohang is just minimal compared to the accusation of these 2 members that teaming up already.

KYC verification can take up to 2 weeks and to be fairly honest, that's the industry norm.

My suggestion now is to stay calm and wait for the result.

You won't get anything from spamming this topic or else where, start an accusation topic with clear and real evidences against Trustdice which has proven to pay every legitimate user for now. You can see in guru casinos website that all their cases have closed and resolved.

Let me be clear about something called "spam"  the ones are spamming the forum are the ones getting paid to post and spread the signatures.

If we were competitors or paid by competitors why then we dont go after real big casinos like Stake Duelbit or real big casinos? Why after a stupid site that pay people to post Trsutpilot reviews? You need to thread the accusations of fraud and make sure to include evidence such as screenshots to make sure that your accusations are true and there is evidence, because just accusations will not convince people that this casino is fraud, especially if your account is a beginner so it could just be you paid to take down another casino, so I thought as another friend recommended. create a thread on the fraud charge board.

There may be many cases that might be resolved either by the team or by waiting for the trustdice team to solve your problem if you do have problems and cases that have not been resolved. it would be better to make accusations according to the evidence. without evidence is the same as accusing without evidence.

I have been navigating this site and it quite has a good interface. But i dont know maybe if casinos could add option for users who want to undergo KYC first before playing it would save us in future. Honestly it frustrates getting an account triggered with kyc when you are about to withdraw especially if you haven't done anything wrong. Yeah i think 2 weeks cool off time is good for your health especially when you know that your balance is safe and secure, and the possibility of your KYC getting approved within that speculated 2 week time is also there most especially if you provide the clear and acceptable format of document submission for KYC since the 2 weeks is the maximum waiting time.
