The point is that the admin stated that you used some photo editing site to temper with the authenticity of the documents, and if that is true, it means they can deny the document from going through KYC verifications.

If a person edited a document that is used for KYC, no platform tolerates that activity. It usually comes with bad plans behind by that user and if casino dig deeper for investigation on that account, they will very likely find more violation from the user.

But then also, the casino can find other ways to get you verified without the possibility of any manipulation from the players, and since the admin said there is a notice of a large army of abusers launching attacks on their bonus system which is something their cant take likely.

After failed with edited documents, you can only make appeal for your case but chance is not high as I shared above. Likely casino will find more violations that are only worse for that user. Very less chance to see a legit user tries to edit document and this type of activity usually comes from cheaters with unreal documents or stolen, bought documents.

Yes fake after fake. He can only said. but when i answer, i can sent video with me document he ignore it. He (TrustDice manager) only want to spam with some fake reasons and fake facts to do not pay money. Of course i do not edited my document. Why i need to edit it.. No any reason. Admin said that i edited document, but he only said it. no any evidence about it. It is fake reason do not pay money. But i see you are this casino followers who only try to say that i am some cheater. but, when i said i can easy approve that my document is real casino only ignore this fact. about 2 weeks ago (24.02) i registred my first bitcoin casino and this was Trustdice. I made first deposit without any bonus. And won for 0.03 btc to about 0.055. Made withdraw. Next deposit i made with bonus 75%, and after deposit about 0.02 bitcoin i won about 0.075. Made withdraw.  this site blocked my account and stole all balance, paying only 25 usd(in bitcoin equivalent). The reason was that i sent them FAKE documents. Then when i tryed to know details and approve that my documents are real, site just ignored me. I already posted this, write compliant to casino-guru site.

Recently we have encountered a group of organized abusers who systematically abused our Deposit Bonus.

Aside from all using Deposit Bonus, their behavior follows the same pattern in terms of GEOs, and several other metrics (which are not publicly disclosable due to anti-abuse concerns). Upon examining submitted KYC documents, we have found consistent indications of document being tampered, and they all contain the same traces of photo editing.

As some of them have opened tickets on AskGamblers and CasinoGuru, we are assisting both arbitrators to investigate this group of organized abusers and have provided all the evidences to both arbitrators at the time of writing.

Good work! It would be one step better to repair your casino's reputation than allegations of bonus abuse.
From this problem we all know who is right and who is wrong, we can also take lessons from this problem that abusing bonuses at casinos is very bad and not good to do.

They will not responding to the accusation created in this forum since they were explain it before [TrustDice ANN] Re:Cease of Engagement on Scam Accusation board, but it doesn't mean they will escape about the complain or accusation, because they're ask the user to post the complain on third party casino site e.g. casinoguru, gamblingguru, etc.

Each casino have their own way to solve the complaint, in this matter Trustdice tend to choose to solve the case with third party as the mediator. Because when someone create an accusation thread in this forum, it's always words vs words. Almost of the accuser don't want to being honest if they're cheating or abusing the casino, they only want to find the loophole to make more money.

I don't see any reason for not trusting Trustdice.

I sent reviews where players "from restricted territories" maka deposit and loosed money, but when they try to withdraw, casino but account with reason "restrcted terrotiry to play". Now i see that a lot of reviews of this site at trustpilot are from US, which is restricted territory. I think that Trustdice sent some fake evidence, but askgamblers do not asked something from my side. But casino guru today asked my passport photo, and of course i sent it in 5 photos with different angles and video of my passport, if casino guru will check it, it will be immediately clear that my document is real. It is totally brainless and ugly reason about some editing. What is the point of me redicting my passport photo? Just think a little (but casino followers do not want to think, that only want to say that casino scammed player with some REASON).

I provided same document for casino guru and for TrustDice casino. But casino want to see fact which they created. I have real document and do not have any reason to edit any photo. TrustDice should be recognized as scammers who are trying to blame the player for gaining benefits and not paying winnings.

Agree with what you say that ignoring is the right way to not respond to accusations without any evidence.
Looks like the issue with Trustdice has been resolved assisted by Askgambler to look into the issue and it is surprising that the person complaining was detected using edited data which means it is fake data.
Of course that will result in a ban for the gambler because he has violated the rules set by Trustdice.
But it seems that the complainant still does not accept the results of the decision that has been resolved.

i already asked, where askgambers sayd that i provided fake document? NO ANSWER. Not i can ask same about casino guru who still review situation in my complaint.
