Assume u r talking about sports betting and esports betting, there are certain sport bets that were rejected by our odds provider, not TrustDice itself.

How do I get verified? I.e. is it verification of identity and address or can I verify for a month or more and ask for different documents, photos?

With that being said, given the sheer quantity of players we have, we do send out some KYC requests every week.

In most cases, the KYC requests are usually just documents. In rare cases other more serious verifications can applied. 

And doing KYC would be once for all. We currently do not request monthly KYC for any players.

Also you can check, that REAL PLAYERS write a lot of complains. A lot with same reason are blocked. EDITED DOCUMENTS.

The usual scammers. As it turned out, they don't take sports bets. But at the same time they have a tab with bets on the site, also all the events are updated in real time. There is an advertisement for a bonus on the first bet.

After asking to withdraw my deposit I was told that under the terms of the agreement I have to twist the wager x5. But I do not where to twist vager, as I do not play in the casino.

They did not respond to my statement. It's really simple, I will write to Curacao, I will also write to the regulator that they are inducing me to gamble.

Seeing your description, I believe what happened is most likely that your entire account been rejected by our sports betting provider. This has happened before.

Please note that we do not make decisions to reject bets or refuse to take bets from players, at least not at this time. Our sports betting provider does it on their end, and unfortunately there isn't much we can do about this. They maintain and constantly update certain blacklists with metrics that they won't disclose to us, and if some of your footprints hit a match in any of the blacklists, they will reject the entire account before you even place a single bet.

If you want to complete the withdraw wagering requirement as risk-free as possible, I would recommend wagering on our in-house Dice game. You can set the house edge/odds by yourself and easily complete the wagering requirement with minimal risk.

There is an ongoing effort with  arbitrator site CasinoGuru despite the player being uncooperative and very rude.

We are glad that, after continuous persuasion by both us and CasinoGuru, he eventually conducted the official passport verification offered by the Latvian government.

However, during the subsequent video verification call (which he refused to do until CasinoGuru intervened), he refused to show his passport. As a result we have to conclude the verification call as being not successful.

The documents so far we have received include:
- Passport photo and selfie
- Latvia official verification papers of the passport, which does not include any face image. The passport number and the name is a match;
- A video verification call that matches the face on the passport he provided to us

With this, we cannot rule out the possibility that he purchased the passport photo and selfie from the actual owner, and provided us with manipulated photos where the actual owner's face was replaced by his through editing software. And later, upon being requested to pass the official government verification, he again paid the actual owner to do it and sent over to us. This is all feasible given the fact that the Latvia government verification papers include no personal images. Just passport number and name.

We would need to connect this player's face with the official verification papers, and for now such a connection isn't warranted as he refused to show us the passport.

This is an ongoing investigation and we still look forward to a solution along with CasinoGuru.

By the way, what you suggested applies to one wager, and I needed to unscrew five of them. If it had been 5% for an infinite range I wouldn't have started to flush so quickly. The percentage of luck fluctuated between 80-85%, so at the cost of bad luck there could not have been such a quick drain if it had been 95% on the infinite range. I was pretty quick to drain 2/3 of my deposit.

And as I described above, if 95% were on infinite range, and with 80-85% luck it should have taken quite a long time to drain 2/3 of the deposit. One spin I had was set at 2.5% of the initial amount.

It would have been a lot easier if you would have taken a personalised approach to the customer and withdrawn the deposit. It's not my provider, it's yours! And he probably limited my bets because I was winning. Is it my fault that I was winning?

This should be emulated by other casinos so that there is no requirement to withdraw referral bonuses, even though in this way everyone gets involved to promote casino sites to become more famous but most casinos will tighten if cheating occurs and others immediately ban their accounts permanently , that's what I'm worried about promoting casino referral links worried that there will be problems when I play honestly but are considered to be playing unfairly.
