I personally think the main reason why bounty hunting is not as profitable as it used to be because of the market conditions which is making it hard for ICOs and projects to raise money for their project. Trading is a really different thing and it  is not every body that have the knowledge of trading which is why most people are still participating in bounties.

Aside from the market's condition, the main reason why it isn't profitable at all is because the project is not possible to happen. Their goal is not near to the truth and at the end it was a scam. using bots didnt give us any guarantee profits.the best to generate profits from our trading was analize and observe coins that will give us profits caused its potency.bots only help us but now make our trading be profits.

Why did you not just add another option just like, weekly campaigns which is considerably profitable than bounties? Or maybe replace bounties with this kind of campaigns that only uses bitcoin as payment. Better than to use own crypto which is not good and absolutely just intended to waste our time.

Serious? I also previously traded. It hurts and I also suffered a loss in the end. Therefore I am also just like you, Focus on bounty right now. why do we have to do bountt hunters when the entire market is geting green again, in this situation, we should trade to have more profit and much higher than doing bounties, moreover trading can help us more experiences in trading and control our money more effective than waiting for bonus from projects.
