Part I: CAIx Foundation

First we need to announce that we are about to form a CAIx foundation,
the foundation will consist of investors, community members who showed
interest in our projects and understand them, and holders of CAIx in general.
However, the members must meet certain criteria to be chosen into the foundation
and will have to meet most of these conditions if not all:

• Foundation members will have to own a substantial amount of CAIx.
• Foundation members must have a complete understanding of our projects.
• Foundation members must have reach in the crypto community at large.
• Foundation members must be aware of what is happening in crypto world.
• Foundation members must be IRC active and able to attend a weekly meeting.

There is other factors that we will take into consideration for accepting a foundation member.
However, after the first foundation of 12 members is established, adding other members will be
taken by a voting process of existing members.

The purpose of this foundation is to expand our reach into the crypto community,
act as a supervisory committee of our various projects, and vote on steps we are 
about to take in one way or another.

To apply for this foundation please PM me with your qualifications from the above
mentioned criteria, you do not need each and everyone to qualify. You can also
add qualifications not mentioned above to enhance your chances of being a board
member. After the first selection of 12 members, applications will have to be submitted
to the foundation for adding new members.

Part II: CAIx Masternodes

I need to clarify one thing about our Masternode program, you do not need to own one to benefit.
Some might not be able to afford to create one, but the process of creating them can only
increase the price of CAIx and the benefit will be realized elsewhere...

The first tier of CAIx Masternodes will start at 20000CAIx, second tier will be at 15000CAIx,
third at 10000CAIx, and fourth tier will start at 5000CAIx.
After some feedback from community: we decided to create a fifth tier
for first distribution, set at 2000CAIx. 

A masternode is a wallet minting an amount equal or higher to the figures above.
Each masternode will receive a share of our first distribution of dividend.
The Masternodes must be active for 30 days, where screen shots will be taken
and saved for comparison and later distribution on active nodes. This will start
on Sunday the 1st of June and ends on Monday the 30th
of June. At which time the first distribution will commence.

More distributions will be done as our projects make more and more profits and 
and a portion is set aside for dividend. Higher tiered masternodes will receive 
higher rewards, dividing your masternodes on smaller tiers will cause your reward
to shrink. This will create better buys for CAIx as people will seek to accumulate
enough CAIx for the next tier. Over time, we will eliminate the lower level tiers, 
causing a forward moving trend to own higher level tiers, pushing the price higher.

however this program has been fully studied and organized with a document that

First I would like to explain the origin of this program. When we started the CAI
project now known as CAIx, our first and utmost care was not given to features
in the client, although as you will see soon we have not ignored the client, but
our attention was pointed towards creating revenue streams to support an alt
currency in it's infancy. We gave our project an outside source of revenue for
support, initially by releasing Tiny Elementals.
That attracted media attention with the articlesposted on Coindesk and CryptoArticles
and a number of virtual currency news outlets.

 With this attention,we received a number of requests from big investors who wanted
to help with this project. We said we will not refuse help, we will accept it as long as it
benefits CAIx  miners/holders/traders, in short if it benefits the CAIx community.

 The first offer we received was a generous contribution of 24 BTC by an investor
who purchased 25% of revenue of Tiny Elementals once it reaches the full development
stage, we also had 4 BTC income from the game. The total was 28 BTC in total. We did
not forget our promise of making 50% of income set aside for holders that amounted to 14 BTC.

When we announced that last week, we immediately received another generous offer
by another group of investors,that we could use for our next revenue generating stream
and our program PSP announced today. The offer was beyond our expectations, and 
needed some time to go over with the investors. The offer was a donation of 
Three KNC TITAN miners towards our PSP program announced today. 
The three Titans will be mining at our multipool as soon as delivered and CAIx
generated by those miners will be used in our PSP program.

The PSP program is detailed and complex, but once you understand the
influence this program will have on CAIx you will easily understand the ramifications.
The PSP program will fund an equilibrium price for CAIx at 469,452 Satoshi,
however, that price is not a limit of how far CAIx can gain in value.
We tried to put the most important points in this program in simple words, orders for
the three KNC Titans are already placed. So the document you will read about
PSP is a work that has already started. There will be a video posted later that
will explain how the PSP program will work.

There is two other important updates about the new CAIx client and new
CAIx website.

Please understand that our work for the CAIx project as devs is done to benefit
our community and build a virtual currency with an increasing support for value
and an increasing number of revenue streams to support this currency for wide
adoption. As we are doing this we are seeing an increased confidence in the
currency and an overwhelming support by investors.

Anyway, the longer you wait the higher the price, look at the trendline.

People need to think a bit harder about what the words they're using actually mean.

To announce an announcement, you specifically have to do nothing more than announce that on a certain date, you will announce something.

By taking "Snap Shots" I assume you are going to regularly check on the blockchain for addresses that are eligible for being a masternode?

Still might I suggest to put up a set of rules in advance where you specify very clearly what are the requirements for being eligible for dividend at the end of the 30 days period - other then having the required amount of CAIx in your wallet - i.e. how many of those 30 days your wallet needs to be online and in staking mode etc.

I'm pretty sure if you do not clearly outline those points in advance there is going to be a "Sh*tstorm" with lots of ppl whining about why they did not receive their share of the dividend in the end. Of course there will always be whiners, as we have seen after the transition from CAI to CAIx, but if you defined clear rules in advance it'll save you a lot of headache afterwards.
