I'm currently positioning very long and not day trading crypto.
If you can convert fiat that you will not need for the next 2-4 years and you can tolerate 50-60% loss if the market goes south, then buy btc, eth and those other top 10 coins.
The prolonged bear market of 2018 may take 2-4 years for the bull market to recover.
