Scammers are tainting cryptocurrency market, making investors think twice to invest. Institutional investors are still afraid of investing. So action should be taken against scammers. Strict regulations should be in place.

Having good understanding will  extend your chance to be able to invest properly, scammers is like ordinary investors who also looking for opportunities, they are here for the same reason, they want to earned but unlike from investors and traders they dint want fair ways but to get it quicker.

ICO is not the only way to invest actually you can invest to many things such as bitcoin and ethereum or in other words stable projects. In investing there's no such things as safe investment in order for us to earn we should be able to face risk and follow our guts, also we should not be dumb and before investing to a certain project we should already know and do a research about that project itself.

Also, for your friends, they can act safe. Like putting money in binance, buying btc and holding on their wallet. That can't be scammed. And they shouldn't touch any ico's.

Not all ICOs are a scam and there is no single reason to blame the ICOs due to scam projects. Investors are responsible for their investments and scam projects can't hunt the experienced investors.

we need regulation of ico's, for the developers of the project atleast, so if they try to scam their investors they wouldn't get away with it, and hopefully they would be able to give their money back to the investors, you should tell your friends don't bother investing in ico's because most of them are scam and if not the developers are lazy with their project, it's better to invest in established projects instead.

Yes this is the only one reason for that many countries Government try to avoid crypto. If the cause will be solved in the future then crypto will be more popular in all country. Hope we will see the day soon when we can Identify all ico team easily before invest and Government also can take any step against ICO scammers.

According to the articles that I've read online a few months back and according to my experience, ICO is a very dangerous kind of investment since you're not either sure if after the ICO the project will be successful or not, many will use the project/coin or not, etc. also there are some professional scammers who are making a promising project and have a professional whitepaper as well as fake team but in the end it will end up a scam.

If the project is successful and listed on exchange, I've experienced a 95% loss from my original investment... So I may say that if you're going to invest just invest into trading and to a coins that has a large volume such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, EOS, etc.

This is why some want to government need to be involved here so police can take actions whenever there are scammers. Some projects are being ended up to being scam once they are not able to reach their target some are just planning to skip regardless if they reach the target or not.

well, I would say that they aren't running free,they have not just been caught yet in my own opinions. But yet some of them have been caught and prosecuted also more reasons why regulations are needed

Same me scared of scammers. I have joined many sites of  cryptocurrency even don't know which is real one,Also i cannot suggest to my friend who are asking me for real site to invest i always get confused Anyone know how to get rid of scammers?

I do not think that it is possible to recognize. Now scammers are hiding very seriously. Very often, even after collecting money, they pay for listing the project on the exchange, but then they leave with investors' money.

We cannot stop a scammer, the only thing we can do is warned newbies so that he doesn't make a mistake in investing.
and if your friend waits until the scammers disappear then don't invite him into the crypto world.
