Yes I think so. Ethereum is one of the best even most used and most popular platform available in this market. And it has a huge cap. And it's always at the second position for its high market cap right after the Bitcoin. But from 10-12 months ethereum price was just falling. The main reason behind it was falling of ICO ecosystem. And there was many technical issues in ethereum and in this market there were good alternative so people bare avoiding ethereum. ETH is overdue a big price rise. I think it could well happen soon. If BTC starts rising again and pushes up to the mid 8000s then that could be the trigger that ETH needs to surge towards and through 300. And if that happens then I would expect other alts to rise faster than BTC as well.
