I’m very much concerned about privacy after the evnets of Cambridge analytica. Privacy concerns coming from how Hiway plans to keep data from users on their platform private.

What type of information user will be sharing at Hiway platform? I don't think we will be sharing any sensitive information.  Please correct me if I am wrong

The privacy of individuals and users of the platform should be of high priority to the team whether they are sensitive or not, I personally don't want my information shared to other users without my consent.

The IEO has started for a considerable number of days now, I remember it was stated that the IEO would run for a period of two weeks. Infact, the IEO should be completed by this week, but we are yet to get updates from the team as to how much has been raised in the tokensales and if the hardcap has been raised.

For now there is no update yet. Expectations are high and I hope the team get to respond as early as possible although there still have the whole of today being Friday to give update. Let's  be patient  still

You need to understand that not everyone is in your location and some persons time frame is behind yours. I can see that the forum time says Saturday, but not everyone is on GMT + 0 time zone. Let's hope that the team gives the update as soon as possible.

This is another great idea you have, hiway's project is unique because its utilising blockchain technology to provide increased flexibility and reduced cost to freelance jobs. The project will be more efficient and effective if partnerships are sealed which would ensure that there is consistent flow of jobs to the platform and users would be satisfied.

That’s what I thought. But you’ll be amazed when you take a look at the data on jobs and payments, they get when you use their platform. Some workplace, would ask for private details and that’s not right.

I don't think they will going to show those sensitive informations of their users. Aside from that it's about the connection between the people who wanted to seek a job/s and the company who's the one offering it to them.

That’s right. They don’t need to show those details to other users. Using smart contracts, companies offering jobs would be paired with people seeking jobs.

If it's only a delay for a couple of days it is still fine I think. Often hard to estimate when something will be finalized. These developments are complex and may need more time every now and then.

Any word yet on the due report. Saturday is over here and tomorrow is Sunday, if the team lets this report comes too late, it won't be nice.

yes absolutely  ..i just checked on telegram..couldn’t find any Friday updates though it’s Sunday today still they have not updated anything in regards to project.

Yeah, It's just like a match making websites where the job seekers will input their details and they can see the work that will match on their submitted data or details. Both sides will really going to get a good benefits from it in terms for convenient way of job hunting and find an employee.

This platform will help for getting job work, and I think they will mention the minimum pay for that job but will not ask for bank details. That actual money transaction will be between employee and employer?

Yea its true but its more like a speculation for now although indications are that it could be for real. 23rd is already here and I would really wish they list as fast as possible

I was thinking same, because I know that the IEO was supposed to be for a duration of two weeks which should be over by now and I know that DCOIN has completed her IEO and we were waiting for exmarket to complete hers which should have been completed by now.

I think we will need to exercise more patience and trust that the team is almost done with the updates, everyone is excited to know how well the IEO went.
