Of course this is working for first editions. I will not pay any premium, but mostly I would be focused on emissions sold directly by postage administrations.

Things evolve, my rational thinking too. This apply to all things i interarct with. One day it's OK, next it's not so fine anymore.
Anyway, made some $$$ with BTC, get retired : its time to consider how to keep this easy money.
Does not meant i do not own BTC or other crypto anymore but far less than at the 2022 top : BTC ban (trough tough regulations, shadow bank banning etc)  is a probability.
Probability which is high enough for me to stay away and invest in the real life/assets.

Last point : some EU stamps are still available u said.
I just see a market disfunction there and a great opportunity to buy more as a long term investor (good example is postereum V4. No hype so i was able to secure a lot of them (time consuming process) and was lucky enough to get the #000001 and #001500 (ie first and last ex of a  1500 pure digital edition))
Not in a hurry, let see in a (couple of?) decades what the price will be.

There are also some UAE stamps stilll available. Same for malaysian one  and so on. Is this really such a bad deal?

but for those who have been collecting stamps for (xx) many years , they know very well that the philatelic market (in general) is no longer what we saw in the past.

it is probable that even crypto-themed issues will be able to maintain a certain interest but at the same time (considering the purchase cost)
I believe that some issues will not have a substantial premium as instead seen with other issues.

As you mentioned UAE are still available, but these stamps have very low mintage....

In september 2023, 1st french crypto stamp will be available. Release planned feb 23 on Tezos blockchain, but posponed for unknon reason.
My guess : will be a mess if it is done the french way. C'est la vie!

From a collecting point of view it's a nice idea, but it seems postal entities are creating "cinderella / labels /back of the book (expensive)" and not real objects for postal use.

Consider post office also evolve, like everything.
Consider also that in a digital world in which we live 4 many decades, NFT is a new way to collect items, including stamps.
It will not take that  long before old fashionned collector  get replaced by digital fan who shall not care so much about physical items.
Those stamps are a bet on the digital future and i collect some of them as a way to protect my money from central bank insane policies

Just received the stamp in my mail today. I will try to post some pictures (heard u have to be a copper member to post and pay a fee. WTF?) or at least some links in a couple of day.
1st feeling : the stamp is 100% paper, protected by 3 seals!. Then i had to scratch the hidden key todiscover the NFT rarity so stamp is not in  mint state anymore.
Good new : it can be used as a regular stamp. Regular but expensive
Not my prefered one for sure

after 4 months since order, I finally received my CSGB NL version today 

 Damn...thats a stretch of time...at least it arrived...I wouldve been worried it was stolen after a month.

 I ordered some stamps from the Ukraine with banksy images on them and still awaiting...lets see if they ever arrive.
