I also agree with you, this is the final where the best have the same chance to be champions. But again, we have to look at both in the local league the performance. So far Ranger has better statistics than frankfurt, which has never lost in 5 matches, fighting on top, and also has the Scotland Cup final, while frankfurt, as we can see they have a bad stat on Bundesliga, they only have 10 winnings and lose more than draw.

Frankfurt and Rangers have shown the most in this competition so far, and I think we all agree that they have both the best and the craziest fans 
Personally, I expected a lot more from Barcelona, Sevilla, Napoli, West Ham at the beginning of the competition, but these clubs really disappointed me with their performances.
It’s actually a great thing for football and fans to have these two unexpected finalists of this competition.

Both teams are very likely to win this match and even though I believe Frankfurt is a better team than Rangers I don't think that will be of much importance right now because in the finals I don't believe any team is going to have any advantage over the other.

Rangers is a strong team and I have no doubt about that but the football that I have seen from Frankfurt certainly seems above the level of Rangers and I really don't know if Rangers will be able to counter that type of playstyle. I really like how Frankfurt is playing in the Europa League. good teamwork and quite accurate passing, even in the final third.
