Yesterday's results really did surprise me - I expected West Ham to at least get a draw at home and I also thought that Leipzig would win by a bigger margin.

Frankfurt is my biggest surprise in the EL this year - they are still undefeated in the competition and they won away games both against Barcelona and West Ham. They should be favorites to reach the final now.

Yes, I also don't think that Frankfurt can do this and now, if Frankfurt really qualify for the final match, whoever the opponent is in the final, I don't think it will be a problem even if it is Leipzig. It looks like Frankfurt will really be the favorite team to win the title if Frankfurt qualify for the final match though indeed, even though Frankfurt are the favorites but in reality any result can still happen and this is very interesting I think.

Frankfurt's performance against Barcelona was a team effort. Most people thought that Frankfurt would lose in Barcelona. And then they won against Barcelona. I think that made them grow even more as a team. They took this spirit with them and if they continue to believe in themselves they can reach the final.

Perhaps, West Ham got beaten at home is really embarrassing. However I have thought before the match between West Ham and Frankfurt is full of surprise, now we got surprised West Ham as favorited team can lose against Frankfurt. Frankfurt might be the luckiest team since they can beat Barcelona and West Ham with their current performance. The second leg Frankfurt will have bigger chance to win.

This Frankfurt team is very organized. They defend as a unit and attack as a unit as well. They have this structural discipline that most teams don't have. Frankfurt are no joke, I watched them against Barcelona, how they intimidated Barcelona at Nou Camp and knocked Barca out, Barcelona never expected such crowd of their fans. Now West Ham have their work cut out for them in Germany. Frankfurt is proving to be a tough opposition in this competition. I don't know if West ham can still turn it around but how they will manage to do that at home won't be easy with those Frankfurt fans is what I don't know.

I really expecting West Ham to maintain the draw score. But, Kamada scored a smart goal in the second half of the game, and Frankfurt played the rest match more defensively. And gave West Ham no chance of equalizing the score.
While, Frankfurt is indeed the most favorite here because they are at more advantage. They won in the first leg, and just need to either win or draw in the second Leg, in order to qualify to the finals. Although, West Ham will struggle not to lose, they aren't a weak team.

RB Leipzig won a narrow victory over Glasgow Rangers.  Leipzig is one of the favorites to win the Europa League this season.  This German Bundesliga club, which is known for having many potential young players, is certainly very ambitious to achieve success this season.  Facing the 2nd leg later, RB Leipzig was enough to hold Rangers to a draw to ensure a place in the final round, but Glasgow Rangers also still have a chance for that.

My hunch is that this year's Europa League final will be between German league clubs.

They actually performed quite well and their striker was also quite impressive, the problem is that Rangers' defense is also strong which makes it a bit difficult for them. Full control of the ball and the opportunity to score goals were quite a proof but indeed Ranger's defense also could not be underestimated in the match.
For Leipzig, I'm still pretty sure they will go through but for Frankfurt and Westham to be honest I'm still quite doubtful

It looks like a German Europa League final awaits us. If Glasgow Rangers have a chance of beating Leipzig in the return home game, it seems to me that West Ham have much less chance of beating Eintracht Frankfurt away leg. If they lost their home game, they are likely to lose at Frankfurt too.

It won't always be like that, when they lose at home it doesn't mean they will lose at home too.
I think the opportunity is still big enough for the two losing teams now because 1 goal Aggregate is not something that is quite difficult to pursue considering they are a very good club.
playing at home does have its own advantages but on the other hand I still expect Westham to rise now because indeed this was not their best performance in Leg 1

1 goal difference win is enough for West Ham to at least bring the semi final to extra time. Frankfurt ferocity is starting to show now, after successfully kicking barcelona from the european league competition in the quarterfinals, now frankfurt has set one foot in the final by successfully defeating westham at home, the game shown by frankfurt in the first leg is quite good and even they don't seem to feel pressured when playing at home to westham, I also agree like with you say, if playing in the second leg later will be very difficult for westham especially the fanaticism possessed by frankfurt fans has been proven when they can dominate the camp nou stadium against barcelona in the second leg, and I think if they can control the opposing stadium of course the frankfurt fans will put tremendous pressure to drop  the mentality of the westham players in the second leg later.

I don't think it's safe yet, Ranger is an enigmatic club. sometimes they play really well and keep scoring but sometimes they can't do anything and just defend.
I think there's still a little bit of competition there, even though Leipzig are the favorites, but of course Ranger can still be a scary specter for now and this match will still be interesting for the second leg later.

Kudos for beating, they deserve the finals at this stage, they will be playing at home and I doubt they would be losing, let's see what happens but I doubt they would be losing all that easily after all of this.

Leipzig game wasn't a shock though, it was definitely a game to watch and it was entertaining to see such great defenses, but at the end of the day Leipzig is just a smidge better and that allowed them to beat Rangers, not easily but confident enough.

I thought that the away goals rule has been removed in champions league, if it is so, it means that is is not effective in Europa again or is it still effective in the europa league?

I don't think that it is worthy to write westham off in this battle. I believe that westham has the potential to win and they can win against frankfurt. They have been playing too well in europa and I will really want them to advance more, even upto the finals.

Even though playing away Frankfurt did look very confident, maybe because they managed to get rid of Barcelona. So the Frankfurt players
confidence is very high, it's no wonder they finally managed to beat West Ham. But West Ham will not give up so easily, I believe West Ham
will learn from their defeat, although Frankfurt in the second leg match will play at home, it does not guarantee they will win. I'm sure West Ham
will give their best, and will beat Frankfurt in the second leg. However I believe West Ham have slightly better quality players than Frankfurt,
so West Ham in my opinion deserves to be in the final, but Frankfurt will definitely not let them be beaten by West Ham. Moreover, Frankfurt is
more favorite with winning on aggregate goals and will play at home. So the second leg match will be very interesting, because both teams
definitely want to qualify for the final.

Regarding the second leg of Rangers vs Leipzig, it was clear to me that Leipzig would qualify for the final. Even though if we see Leipzig only
winning by one goal difference, it is still quite a big opportunity for Rangers to qualify for the final. Therefore Leipzig in the second leg match
must play carefully, not to let Rangers score a goal. Because I see Leipzig being better in every way compared to Rangers. After all, in the first leg,
it was very clear that Leipzig had dominated the match. So Leipzig should be able to qualify for the final, if Leipzig don't make a mistake
in the second leg.

Don't be fooled by the performance in their own national league. Many teams play badly in the league and much better in the EL or UCL. The best example of this is Villareal, they are 7th in La Liga but in the quarterfinals. Frankfurt has very good chances against West Ham and I would even bet on the Germans.

And again I was right, but unfortunately I didn't have time to place bets. It was somehow very realistic for me that Frankfurt could win the game or at least play a draw - I wasn't wrong. At home it won't be difficult to keep the result

Well I think it's too much to make a judgment especially because it's Frankfurt. You must not forget that Frankfurt are not a very good team to be in this season's Europa League final without luck. West Ham could beat them in front of the home crowd, so Frankfurt's 2-1 win in the first leg should not rule them out in the end.

I wouldn't think their success against Barcelona would guarantee a title this season for them, it just doesn't make much sense and I hope we can see something realistic here because I'm sure none of us are Frankfurt fans, Even if I believe we won't bet on their win.
