Well I would not wonder if Liverpool take the title again. They have very good chance. City is not much confident team in this season. They are not having good time in EPL. Draw some match with avertage teams and also recently lost against Utd who are also not doing well.

It's very clean and win in most of them doesn't matter who is the against team for them. The only team Liverpool sucks against is Napoli by the way. Good thing is that we already faced them in the group stage and I really hope we do not face them in the final LOL

It might be good value to bet on an outsider (each way). That means you still win money even if they lose in the final. Maybe a team like Dortmund are good value for that.

Them odds! But as said, it is very hard to predict a winner on this competition. Always very interesting match ups. I haven't won a EUFA outright so far. My best win in a soccer outright was a bet on Germany during the 2014 FIFA. Anyway, I will be betting on FC Barcelona and Liverpool. Can't wait on these games.

I don't think that we can find anything right now. I made some searches and I didn't find anything.
In my opinion, the betting companies have disabled this kind of bets as we have the draw on Monday. Maybe, new odds are going to released after the draw.

Most likely it is as you say. Oh yeah do you have your own favorite as a winner? For some reason I have championed PSG this season to win the league championship title. Maybe in the final they will face Juventus. Barcelona and Manchester City will be defeated in the semifinals

It's not questionable, everything is very clear. These rankings are based on team performance in UEFA competitions (Champions and Europa league) in last five seasons. In link above you can find how it's calculated exactly. I don't know why Atletico ahead Juventus is shocking to you. They played in Champions league final twice, won Europa league in 2018. While  Juve had only 1 final recently and no more impressive seasons recently in Europe.
Anyway, all these rankings don't mean much, same like Belgium leading in FIFA ranking.

Arsenal is the surprise of the list.
I think that they are ranking so high due to the fact that they have superb performance in Europa League almost each year they play there. Theygather points for their ranking even if they don't play in the CL.

I don't see Inter Milan in the top position of this UEFA losing to Arsenal and Atletico Madrid,
hmm maybe isn't Inter Milan still not good in its performance? I think in terms of good games it is a big team.
