Man U vs Bayern was the first thing that came into my mind, too, with that first goal to make it 1-1 on the night... of course there wasn't much time to think about the possibility of that before it happened, and it was 2-1, and the tie was level on aggregate. It's difficult to imagine what the Man C players were feeling at that point - but certainly the Bayern players from all those years ago would know what it felt like. And then once it was level, it seemed like there could only ever be one winner, which is the way it turned out. It's going to be difficult for Man C to come back from this immediately, but they need to as the premier league title is at stake too, and they can't afford to dwell on this.

They both are very vulnerable in important period and they can easily collapse if opponents score important goals. Looking at the comments from the past few hours, it looks like you guys have been up all night? Or do you follow this championship from the other side of the globe? Anyway, I had to catch a few hours of sleep after being off on a bender with the boys somewhere last night.  

As for the match, what can I say? I think that's what makes European football so special. It is amazing how things can change in just one minute, even when everything seems lost. We expected a good match, but this was beyond our expectations. You don't get moments like these all the time in football.

While City might have had some better chances, I always thought Madrid looked like the most likely to win the match. After incredible returns in the round of 16 against PSG and in the quarter-finals against Chelsea, Real did it again. They have incredible resilience. In the end, what a match, what a comeback.
