That won't be one of there best deals I tell you. Ronaldo is still very much a good player, one that could deliver a team and he surely did his best to help Manchester United but, one man can't make an Island as we all know. Manchester players where not just up and doing and as such, there is little to the impact Ronaldo can make. In a good team, he would do well but, Real Madrid don't need no Ronlado anymore. His aged and the team needs some new youngsters to groom, harmonise and maintain a stand in the Laliga.

I won't say focused on the first team but, Ancelotti is a type of coach that seems confident in his selection and formation. I don't think it will be a problem for Benzema if CR7 comes back to Real Madrid. But Real Madrid rarely signed an old player, especially a player above 35 years old. Granted they have won a lot of Champions League titles to date but you can't underestimate another team next season to try to beat it early. Without a few new players they won't be as strong as this season, and I think next season Real Madrid won't be as lucky as this season which determines a second leg win against a top team at home from the last 16, quarter-finals to semi-finals.

Though the news is everywhere now that Mbappe has extended his contract with PSG until 2025 and in fact, his contract was released at least in the middle of last month. Currently Mbappe can no longer be a hope for Madrid, and like it or not they have to be prepared to find a replacement.
