I'm not surprised to hear suprnova is banning workers again. They did that before the other day w/ carpediemcoin. I don't trust them. Benchcryptopools has been working fine for me since this morning.

Banning is only done for the following reasons:

.) A user is sending "fake" shares. So he pretends to have 100 mh/s and "steals" coins from the others who send real shares.

.) A user is hashing with the wrong algo (-a quark instead of right algo for example)

.) A user is DDoSing the stratum

.) A user is sending too much invalid shares (which is most probably due to to much overclocking / hw errors)


If i'd NOT ban, you'd get much, much lower payouts as you earn

Please make sure you always withdraw as much as you can as pools are constantly under hacking attempts. I'm doing my best to mitigate them.

I'm mining at hiro.suprnova.cc:3313 , Its working but I dont see any hashes on the dashboard. Is there something wrong ? PLease help me out. Semi beginner here.

This is my r9 290 setup:
cgminer  -o stratum+tcp://hiro.suprnova.cc:3313 -u bestintheworld.3 -p x -g 1 -w 512 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 32765 -I 20

(miner detects new blocks bet no accepts??)
I have 3x 3mhash rigs working

You need the sgminer not cgminer. Then reads you commandoline: sgminer -k darkcoin -o stratum+tcp://hiro.suprnova.cc:3313 -u bestintheworld.3 -p x -g 1 -w 512 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 32765 -I 20

sgminer 4.1 for darkcoin, I used it to mine darkcoin without problems. It work grat for a few minutes and then rejection rate goes to 100%

They were discussing in the sgminer thread over it, I just did not follow the conversation. Maybe someone will find it and could post a link here from the sgminer thread

Change to the supernova pool. the one you use you will never earn hic according your hashspeed. Use this one from supernova.

In half an hour on benchpool i got 14 HIC with dual 280x. supernova pool around 2 min already 40 HIC ...

@cris1987. Sorry men, i'm not a thief and this is my one and only account. I just shared my experience with benchcryptopools, not more. And I'am trust to the other postings here that is an exploitable version of sgminer and is activly used on mentioned pool. I have just three postings because i use the search function and not post/ask for every bagatelle that is already answered.

@ocminer: I meant sph-sgminer and not sgminer. corrected my post. I compiled the newest version from git. Hopefully I did not get banned again. At moment it works. Kernel used was darkcoin and HW Errors: Zero and Reject was under 1 Percent.

@blandana: You mean me? Yes I use darkcoin kernel. The first 5 minutes it worked flawlessly before I get kicked. All values dropped to zero. Accpeted Hashrate and so on. But with newest version from git at moment is all o.k.

12718 blocks in 2 days? thats not 60 sec per block at all, there is premine, and the blocks are being generated per 6 seconds not 60, this coin is scam

Ok, I'm currently looking into this but cannot find a clue.. other seem to not get banned at all, just a few .. could be the version of sgminer
