So of course i managed to place my bet to the wrong side , because you put the under/over values criss cross and when i placed my bet i saw that the left side is the Over side so i looked up the lowest line which was 170.5, but it was Under , as i noticed later after i placed my bet.

We did take you comments and suggestions into consideration, but after a poll of a group of our clients, we found that people are happy with our UI. We cannot change the UI for one customers specific needs, I hope you can understand. We apologise if you looked at the wrong side but we cannot change a bet once it has been placed, these are standard betting rules for any site or casino.

When will you fix this bug?    Can you tell me which team is the underdog?   Or both teams are favorite , so this is the reason you use negative handicap at both sides. LOL.

Okey, until you wont fix these bugs,  i will share every week a screenshot of your UI bugs at least once.
I think you should read back the topic before lying to me ( happy with our UI,  we cannot change a bet )

Your users placed only 1044 bets from 2015-03-14  to 2015-03-26  
This is 80 bets daily.   So all your other clients number who are happy with your UI is more under than 100.

i suggest nobody keep more than 2-3 BTC on such sites like betvip.

If jetwin could cancel a similar bet (yesterday) then you could too, but you do not want.   (jetwin has good UI, you have over/under criss cross, handicap bugs UI)
If you try to cancel my bet after the match ends and if it is a winner bet then it is time to close your site.

I have sent you query to the trading team and the developers to attend to it. Please understand that I will do everything I can to help you. It is simply against our company policy to change a bet once it has been placed. The only people who can do this are the traders and they will not allow it unfortunately.

There was no special prize advertised for that tournament, there must have been an error in the tournament set up, apologies for this. Don`t forget to play our freerolls over the weekend and the 500mBTC guaranteed tournament on Saturday evening!

I see so it was a glitch, i thought there will be some sort of extra cash for the #1, or atleast the fee from the rebuy will be added for the total prize for the #1, there are alot of freerolls with special prize in the upcoming freerolls, perhaps you need to check it out
