Yeah and tbh they lost this series on very good pitches, these pitches were the same as pre 2018 era and nowhere close to the usual Rank Turner or Dustbawl.

Well, to be fair to them. Not many English batters have a good defense against spin, barring Root. This is like the 3rd-4th Indian tour for Bairstow/ Stokes, these guys spend 3 months in the IPL every now n then but still look like a walking wicket against spin.

English men always had issues against wrist spinners but this unit more experienced than Indian batting line-up didn't show any sign of fight back at all and you said it right this is not happened in usual rank turners so the English players can't hide under that for poor batting performance. I still like the bazball but as I said they have to adapt to the condition and apply that batting style instead of going all guns blazing.

India squared their win loss ratio of all time with this match. And they are having the most winning ratio in the last 10 years and in second place Australia.

Indian spin bowlers have made a huge impact in winning or losing the game. England is definitely the best team in all three formats, so England should have planned the team according to how the wicket could be in Asian conditions or which fast bowler or spin bowler would be more effective for the test match. Why didn't England add extra spin bowlers to their team if spin bowlers get extra advantage. If a quality spin bowler like India had in the XI, the result of this series might have been different but it was not. England are used to playing most of their matches on bouncing wickets, so adapting to such spin assisted wickets has been a challenge which they have not been able to do in this series. However, the batsmen could have performed a little better.

In two days we have 22 wickets with good comeback by Kiwis in this game because currently they are having 40 runs lead and 8 wickets remaining Tom Latham on 65 and Ravindra on 11 if these two are able to stay on crease for long time then surely we can expect good game because Australia batting is also not performing good and anything over 250+ could be not easy to chase in fourth inning.
Matt Henry having career best figure of 7 for 67 and Labuschagne score 90 runs which are main features of the Australian inning now can Kiwis keep this momentum, and we will have good performance from their batting order which is having few exciting batsmen and things can take good change on third day of this test match Hazelwood could be key for the Australians in first session because if he is able to have few quick wickets then surely things will be on level for the Australia.

All it takes just one bad session for the batting side to bundle up, looks good to see some fight back from the Kiwis at finally still anything is possible and tomorrow morning play will be crucial and Kiwis has to play as deep as they can to reduce the deficit to zero cause they are still trail by 40 even after this long fought battle.

India did a great comeback I must say. They lost the first match against England in the starting of the series. Now they just won back to back 4 matches. This proves the dedication of the Indian players to the game. Also we need to praise the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma for his amazing captaincy. The main task was done by the bowlers, especially the spinners in all of the 4 matches. Really team India deserved the win.

Finally, Australia managed to stitch a partnership and kept the scoreboard moving. Only less than half an hour play remaining and hopefully Head and Mitch Marsh will keep on going.

The match is not over yet, and just 200 runs more to win with 6 wickets one big partnership will take the match away from kiwis and this match is kind of equally poised at the moment.
