When the World Test Championship starts most of the teams are busy with the Test series and when the ODI World Cup starts all the teams are busy with the ODI series and before the T20 World Cup every team is definitely busy with the T20 series. Although T20 World Cup is ahead and every team is more busy with T20 series, but they will not completely forget the Test game. Of course, if they play five T20 series, they must play one Test series. The full series between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka has consisted of three T20I, three ODIs and two Test matches.

 The full series between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka is over but both Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will focus more on the T20 series. As this year's T20 World Cup will be held with almost double the number of teams, this World Cup will surely be the center of attraction.

I can agree with you on the ODI and T20 World Cups. Most of the teams focus on respective formats when these tournaments are near. But I don't agree on the World Test Championship. It is spread out across three years and none of the teams outside the pig-4 take it seriously. Test format is a costly affair for the full member nations. It doesn't bring any revenue, and it actually impacts the revenue earning capability by eating up the calendar and getting players injured with the heavy workload.

You are right I agree with you because the current state of play of the Pakistan team will be partly responsible for the political situation in the place. We all more or less know how the political situation in Pakistan is, their political situation has affected the players due to which the players are not performing so well through various professions. As the political situation in Pakistan worsens, it is not expected that the playing condition of Pakistani cricket will improve much as many criticize that even the Pakistani players are not being paid properly. If a players is not paid on time then surely the attention of that player will be less for the game so going to the Pakistan players should be well supported so that they can play impartially.

I totally agree with you that political problems in Pakistan are affecting cricket team. Constant political troubles are creating stressful environment which is affecting players mental health focus and performance. It is not right that players are not getting paid on time which adds to their worries and takes their attention away from game. It is unfair to expect them to do their best in such conditions. People in charge of cricket in Pakistan need to make sure players are taken care of and get the support they need. Only then can we expect team to do well and reach their full potential without political problems holding them back.

Update regarding the new pay structure for Ranji Players.

A New suggested proposal advocates that if any player features in 10 or more Ranji matches then he should earn 75 Lak INR to 1 Crore INR, depending on seniority etc. Atm pay is 15-22 Lakhs INR so it's almost triple. The worst case scenario they will get a double increment, hope BCCI finalizes everything and implements this in the next season.

Being a Pakistani I know very well about the condition of my country. Not even cricket team there are many government servants who are not getting paid on time. Just because of this political crisis. Just because of this PCB is not focusing on the players and just due to this they can lose many good players. I hope Pakistan will get better in economy in politics and in other country needs. So then they will focus on the Pakistan cricket team and our team will get better in future. Pakistan is playing T20I series with New Zealand at this time. And I am looking many mistakes in the team which can be solved only by PCB. They have to make strict decisions to make a good team.

Pakistan has good bowling line but they need more practice means Muhammad Amir was not playing like he played before the case. He needs more focus on his bowling. And I hope will comeback with aggressive bowling if he will do more practice and focus on his bowling issues.
