When the World Test Championship starts most of the teams are busy with the Test series and when the ODI World Cup starts all the teams are busy with the ODI series and before the T20 World Cup every team is definitely busy with the T20 series. Although T20 World Cup is ahead and every team is more busy with T20 series, but they will not completely forget the Test game. Of course, if they play five T20 series, they must play one Test series. The full series between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka has consisted of three T20I, three ODIs and two Test matches.

 The full series between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka is over but both Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will focus more on the T20 series. As this year's T20 World Cup will be held with almost double the number of teams, this World Cup will surely be the center of attraction.

I can agree with you on the ODI and T20 World Cups. Most of the teams focus on respective formats when these tournaments are near. But I don't agree on the World Test Championship. It is spread out across three years and none of the teams outside the pig-4 take it seriously. Test format is a costly affair for the full member nations. It doesn't bring any revenue, and it actually impacts the revenue earning capability by eating up the calendar and getting players injured with the heavy workload.

We all more or less know how the political situation in Pakistan is, their political situation has affected the players due to which the players are not performing so well through various professions. Constant political troubles are creating stressful environment which is affecting players mental health focus and performance. Update regarding the new pay structure for Ranji Players.

A New suggested proposal advocates that if any player features in 10 or more Ranji matches then he should earn 75 Lak INR to 1 Crore INR, depending on seniority etc. Atm pay is 15-22 Lakhs INR so it's almost triple. The worst case scenario they will get a double increment, hope BCCI finalizes everything and implements this in the next season.

Being a Pakistani I know very well about the condition of my country. Not even cricket team there are many government servants who are not getting paid on time. Just because of this political crisis. Basically this series was a warm up series and of course the performance of Pakistan team was not admirable. But the purpose of this series was to check the team. There is no doubt in Pakistani cricket we are having too many extraordinary players which give their best for the team in past and also ready to give their best in future as well but sadly due to political influence and persona ego's we are having too many troubles which are hurting them, and we are also having no system which helps youngsters to give their best and fix their mistakes in early stage of their career which is another setback for them.
Even we all know here we have good funds and all things available, but mostly political influence never helps these players as they needed to be so we are much behind from many countries with if PCB management able to fix few issues still this team can stay into top four in all formats which could be not bad for them, but nothing positive is happening and having any chance in near future which is the darkest side of this all system.

Looking at the squad, it certainly seems that Pakistan women's team has performed much better in the past and won the matches. True today 1 st unofficial test series game was started and 1 day already ended. First Sri Lanka A team won toss and they got a opportunity to take first bat or bowl lineup and Sri Lanka A made a good decision by taking bat first according to my experience because their 1 st day effort was brilliant and Sri Lanka A team scored 372 runs in 87 runs by losing 7 wickets. I know some Batsman did not perform well but what about the effort of these batsman L.Udara, Dinusha and Randika. L.Udara first played good and this batsman hitted eleven 4s in his lineup and scored 65 runs in 67 balls. S.Dinusha still continuing his bat lineup and in 1 st day he scored 126 runs in 178 balls with hitting thirteen 4s. Randika also dismissed by Zarda bowler but he made 63 runs. Their team effort in past series ODi and T20 was excellent and now they played same attitude and same effort. Now still 3 wickets left and hope Sri Lanka A team will grab some more runs.

Completely agree; now we will have no chance for any player to play for the 21 years with fitness and rhythm like this even his last two tours as mentioned were big disappointment, and he needs to announce about retirement specially after tour of India, but we have nothing from him which was wired thing for the many cricketing fans.

Now we have special meetings between ECB management and coach Brendon McCallum which bring his mind-set for the retirement because there were hopes he is still going to play and want to touch 200 test matches but after having few fruitful meetings now all is sorted out, and he will be leave the cricket with his prolific stats which could be motivational for the English and all fast bowlers of next generation.
