The match was already having this option draw strong after we lost first days play, and then we have slow batting from the South African in second days play but things gone interesting on last day as we have good approach for the win from the South Africa because their batting and then bowling done good job for them, but we have strong resistance from the Holder and Alick Athanaze who out on 92 runs this was match saving inning from this young batsman.

Keshav Maharaj done impressive job for the South Africa in this match as he bowled 66.2 overs and having 8 wickets this is surely the best performance from him for his team cause even we lost five sessions in this test match but still we have interesting end this is showing how things are going for the South Africa they are giving their best for test format to have good results and entertaining games for the cricket lovers.

Keshav Maharaj has done an amazing job for South Africa over the years. But unfortunately his performance was not enough to guarantee a win for South Africa. In the second innings, he bowled 26.2 overs, out of a total of 56.2. That is almost 47% of the total overs. If not for the rain, they could have won. But in the end only the outcome matters. Alick Athanaze was the savior for West Indies. When Kavem Hodge got out, they were at 127/4 with 20-25 overs remaining. Athanaze and Jason Holder made sure that the match ended as a draw.

South Africa tried desperately to get the result and batted at a healthy run rate of around 6 RPO in the 2nd innings. West Indies only needed to survive 63 overs which were considerably easy in a test match. After a shaky start, WI better did their best to stitch the partnership and stay at the crease as long as possible. Alick Athanaze played beautifully and saved WI from a defeat, but he missed his maiden test hundred by just 8 runs. Maharaj bowled exceptionally well in both innings and was nominated as player of the match for the first test.   

I never imagined that the West Indies players would turn the game so easily, coming out of the shell of defeat, they certainly protested in the second innings of this first match. Usually the players of the Ostends team are patient and the players of the other teams panic, which was the case in this second match. 

But generally I appreciate the aggressive performance of the batsmen, Alick Athanaze scored more runs in a short period of time as he scored 92 runs which turned the match around. And the latter players provide a lot of support due to which they were caught very easily in this match.

  But of course we are looking forward to the second test match when this match starts two teams with maximum performance will try to win. So we wait till the end of the game and enjoy which team performs, but must be aggressive in terms of bowling and batting to win.

The Pakistan A team has scored too good as in cricinfo, there is not the latest result of the match but the information that I have. The Pakistan team has a very good lead, they made 367 in the loss of just 4 wickets.
Umar Amin  and Saud Shakeel has the main character in the team to make this type of score and I think tomorrow the Pakistan team will declare the innings after touching 400 as well. Yes you are right. They are playing really well. Firstly they were very good in bowling and now they are really good in batting too. In bowling they bowled out the whole team of Bangladesh A team at 122 runs. And now Pakistan A team has made 367 runs and they lost 4 wickets. Umar Amin Play really well in this match he made 177 runs. Which is really an amazing score. After him there is Saud Shakeel who made 76 runs. Saad Khan and Kamran Ghulam are facing the Bangladesh A team bowlers at this time so I hope they will do their best too and I hope Pakistan A will make 400 runs lead and at this time they are leading with 245 runs.

This is why I have been advocating for a three tier division in test cricket. It can be implemented like this:

Division1: India, Pakistan, Australia, England, South Africa, New Zealand
Division2: West Indies, Ireland, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Scotland
Division3: Zimbabwe, Netherlands, Nepal, Namibia, USA, Canada

There will be a total of 18 teams. Teams should face other teams within their division 80% of the time, while 10% each should be spend on playing teams from other two divisions.

West Indies batting was confident? I don't think so. In the first innings they really struggled against Keshav Maharaj and Kagiso Rabada, and were bowled out for just 233. And in the second innings also they got wrecked by Maharaj, and were rescued only by rain. Apart from Alick Athanaze, none of the West Indian batsmen actually looked "confident" out there. And the less talked about their bowling, that better. Jomel Warrican picked up wickets, and got some support from Kemar Roach and Jayden Seales. Star bowler Gudakesh Motie was extremely disappointing.

Bangladesh batsmen could not score good runs in the first innings and the reason for this is that firstly their batsmen did not perform well and secondly there was a lot of pressure from Pakistan bowlers due to which wickets were lost and runs stopped.  And the target became less.  Mahmood has scored these runs with full effort and good performance on his part, if he had not participated in the struggle like this, the target would have been less than 100.  And the other batsmen did not take interest in the match which led to the loss of wicket after wicket.  Yes you are saying right because Pakistan bowler has done all this with hard work and struggle and they have scored good runs in the first innings.  Obviously, the game is visible to all, if the Bangladesh batsmen make good runs in the first innings, it could have been difficult, but in the second innings also the Bangladeshi batsmen will have to make runs with more speed and good perform.  Those runs will be few and far between for the Pakistan batsmen.
