Anyone watching the test match between Ireland and Zimbabwe? There were a lot of twists and turns until now. At one point Ireland were 165/3, and then they collapsed to 206/9. This is a carbon copy of what happened to Zimbabwe during the first innings. They were 167/3, and then collapsed to 210 all around. Look how similar the scores are. Then at the most crucial moment rain happened. So we don't know yet who will get the first innings lead (which doesn't matter as far as the outcome is concerned anyway).

Just few overs were played of this inning and Zimbabwe managed 12 scores but Ireland sqaud already lead this match with 28 scores and their first inning performance was slightly better than Zimbabwe sqaud and right now it is very difficult to predict that which sqaud will emerge victory in test match. Zimbabwe sqaud managed 210 scores but Ireland squad achieved this 210 scores of Zimbabwe sqaud and lead match with 40 more scores. Zimbabwe sqaud starter batters showcased incredible performance and both Prince Masvaure  and Joylord Gumbie build strong partnership more than 100 scores and total both managing 74 and 49 scores respectively. But resting members did not collect high scores from above two batter scores and fastly lost their wickets. Their bowlers gave 59 extra scores to Ireland squad in first innings and their bowlers need to fix themselve for future lose.

Surprising fightback from Ireland. From 203/9, they managed to reach 250. And thereby they took a lead of 40 runs for the first innings. Andy McBrine along with Matthew Humphreys added valuable runs towards the end, as they put up a 10th wicket partnership of 47 runs. And these runs may prove to be very valuable in the end. Zimbabwe bowlers ran out of steam, when it mattered the most. Ireland has an advantage at this point, but let's also not forget the fact that they need to bat last in this pitch.

So today England and West Indies will played their third match.
As we know they have played two matches already. And England has won both. And I think they will win the third one too. In the first inning of the second match West Indies performance was very admirable and they were showing that they can win this match but unfortunately in the second inning they didn't play well but they show that they can give a tough time to England.  So let's wait for the match start. May be West Indies will give a tough time to England.

West Indies played disappointing test cricket in last 2 matches and England now leading the series by winning back to back test match. In third match West indies all out in 282 runs. The Captain of West indies Kraigg Brathwaite played highest individual inning of 61 runs and Jason Holder batting scored half century 59 runs. Joshua Da Silva batting performance is good scored 49 runs unfortunately missed a well deserved half century by 1 runs short but reached the west indies total to 280 plus runs against England. at the end lod day 1 England loss its 3 crucial wickets in just 38 runs and now trail by 244 runs. England lost three wickets, but one of those was Mark Wood who came in as the night watchman. I don't understand why he was delegated to this role, as he is not a good lower order batsman. Chris Woakes or Gus Atkinson would have been more suitable. Anyway, Joe Root came out to bat once Wood got out, and was joined by Ollie Pope at the crease. From what we saw yesterday, both Alzarri Joseph and Jayden Seales were exploiting the seam-friendly conditions at the Edgbaston stadium.

West Indies scored 282 runs in the first innings. I did not expect a better innings from this team. West Indies' batting order is quite strong. But their main problem is that the performance of the batsmen is very erratic. The squad has a lot of talented players. But they are not able to bat consistently. I agree with your opinion. England team is very strong and they are performing very well in this series and also they have cricket in their blood because their forefathers played excellent in the past and that are also mother and father of cricket. West Indian cricket team  has no quality players that will stay on Wicket and now West Indies 7 players are in pavilion and England team is going to win this match and that is possible for them to white wash in this series.

But if West Indies team became successful to draw this match ,I will appreciate to West Indies team because that will be great effort from West Indies side.West Indies players should make plan to play good inning and gave highest total and out the England batters at low score. They should give their best to draw this match.

Good game on first day of the third test, we see 13 wickets and good fight from the West Indies. Having ups and downs in batting due to another collapse give them setback even we have good recovery through Jason Holder and De Silva both give 109 runs partnership help West Indian batting for having 282 runs on board. West Indian team trying their best for having good performance, but their batting is still having no quality which can give them good target on board.

Almost we can say that the Ireland team is in the lead so far. By the way, yesterday's day we lost some time due to rain because the weather is too cold and rainy, stormy everything was there that is why today might the rain would not stop or may have delays too.

I am really surprised with Zimbabwean fight back into this test match as they were bowled out on 210 I was expecting good performance from the Ireland but Zimbabwean bowlers done good job and restricted them on 250 which helps them for keep things on checking now in second inning we have good display of batting from the Zimbabwe even things are going on balance, but they can do good favour for themselves if they are able to have 250 runs on board because this will give them 200+ lead.

Dion Myers who is playing his second test match are having good time at crease with his highest runs and looking for first fifty of career as well Ireland bowlers are trying their best for keeping things under control most chances we will have result of this match tomorrow as both are having chance of win it's good for the test format these minors are doing good performance.
