The result of the match was what you expected the third test match between Australia vs India ended in a draw due to rain. Australia would have won the third Test match against India had it not been for the rain problem. However, given the way Australia have performed against India so far in the entire Test series, they will surely be happy with this performance. India have been badly beaten against them and in no Test match has India been able to compete hard against Australia. There are still two Test matches to go and Australia will look to beat India in the last two Tests as well to sweep India 4-0 in the Test series.

It won't be as easy as you say, India will not want to lose to Australia so easily, they will definitely try to win. You must have seen that in the first test match, India completely dominated against Australia. India defeated Australia by 295 runs in that match and then Australia defeated India in the second Test match. Basically both teams now have equal possiblity to win the title. And in the last two matches every player of these two teams will play more seriously so that they have a chance to win the series.

Yes, I would say something similar to the Australian camp that their morale will be down because they did show a better game but to no advantage.

Their morale definitely went down and it probably went even lower after Ashwin retired, but it ain't everything. There are other important factors to consider too such as bounce back rate etc.

India has proven over time that they are amazing at bouncing back from losses pretty quickly which is why the fourth test should be a close one as long as rain doesn't interfere again.

Hopefully these two teams have worked on their weaknesses and opponent's weaknesses before taking the field against each other, especially India needed to do this more. The Indian batsmen have performed the same in the third Test as they did in the first two Tests. Had some batsmen not added some runs to the scoreboard, India would have been all out before long. 

However, I expect good things from those who are still at the wicket.  In such a big match, if the competition between the two teams is not equal, it is not fun to watch the match.

Why you are blaming Ashwin? For the last few years, he was always sidelined and ignored by the selectors. On top of that, the Kohli-Rohit axis always created issues for him while he was in the squad. In the end, he decided that enough was enough. What is the point in having a permanent slot in the playing XI for a low quality player such as Mohammed Siraj, while Ashwin being kept at the bench most of the time? At this point, there is no connection between selection probability and performance in the Indian team.

I think you have misunderstood me. Where did i told that anything about the Ashwin performance? I know he is a legend and if we talk about the spinners, then after Anil Kumble he has the most test wickets for the India team. That is indeed an honor for him. Infact he took 537 tickets in the test matches and he played 106 tests for the Indian team.

Indian team is losing the matches but luckily Indian team because they  became successful to draw last match but in the next match rain will not help Indian team, So they should try to win next match and they should improve their performance in bowling and batting as well . Indian team is not playing well in the outside from their country because they like to play in India but they should be ready for every kind of situation and Australian team is top team of the World and we will see the WTC cup and these team will be in the front of each other but Indian team have to make strong their batting and bowling in which they are lacking but they are repeating the same mistakes.

Actually, you aren't looking at the big picture here. Australia was going in for the kill which is why they were trying to score a small score to add to the target as quickly as possible which is what exactly happened.

They probably didn't mind their wickets falling quickly since the target looked good, but it was all in vain ultimately. This is why it's 50:50 for both teams going into the 4th test.

Yes, Travis head not playing in the next match can be a bonus for the Indian team however it is still the Indian batsmen who have to perform if India are to win the matches.

2027 is a long way ahead for Rohit Sharma, I doubt he will last long after this series if he failed to perform atleast decently cause lot of talented Indian cricketers are waiting in the queue but the only thing in their way is the star player status which can only hold the position for certain period.

Already there are talks in the Indian former cricketer about missing the fire power after the first match which they implies Bumrah to lead for the series even if Rohit back into the squad.
