South Africa won the toss and decided to field today against India. In the first match we saw that the South African team faced a batting disaster by batting earlier. The team lost all wickets for just 116 runs. Indian team reached the target of victory very easily. And so the decision to take the fielding in today's match seems right to me.

Raturaj Gaikwad opened the innings with a boundary on the first ball. But Gaikwad got out on the second ball and returned to the dressing room. Openers should bat responsibly. One should not bat aggressively in the opening overs in the ODI format.

Rituraj Gaikwad another batter who has been inconsistent in ODI and in T20 format. I feel his career won't last long in a competitive cricket market like India. KL Rahul looking good for now as he gained his form, when he was playing in the World Cup. 22 overs are gone and India is struggling to get those runs needed to defend it's target.

New Zealand vs Bangladesh

In the first match between Bangladesh and New Zealand, due to rain, both teams got a chance to play 30 overs.
Batting first, New Zealand scored 239 runs in 30 overs.
Batting against the target of 239 runs given by the New Zealand team, Aisa Bangladesh was bowled out for just 200 runs.In this match, Bangladesh was miserably defeated by New Zealand. The second ODI between Bangladesh and New Zealand will be held on December 20.Maybe Bangladesh will turn around in this match and try their best to win the match against New Zealand.

New Zealand won the first match against Bangladesh by 44 runs in rain-rule. New Zealand and Bangladesh will once again play the second ODI match on the 20th. In the first ODI against New Zealand, Bangladesh fielded some young cricketers in the XI, the second ODI might be similar so we will see the XI. 
In the first ODI match, the bowling weakness, batting weakness and especially the captaincy weakness were clearly exposed. In the first ODI match, I feel that Shant is still not the right choice for the Bangladesh Cricket Board as captain. Shanto needs to practice his captaincy a lot because he made many wrong decisions which are not usually seen in this type of professional cricket. In the second ODI match, we will definitely expect Shanth to captain better than the first ODI match because if the captaincy is not good then there is no chance of winning that match.

But South Africa just surprising me and they have collected first wicket on the second ball of the match. Ruturaj Gaikwad  made only 4 runs. Now Tilak Varma and Sai Sudharsan are facing the South African team. And they are playing wisely. And not trying to give them wicket. I hope that India will perform in this match too. But there are the chances that South Africa can make a comeback.

In the second ODI against South Africa vs India, South Africa won the toss and elected to field first. South Africa opted to bowl first. India's opener Ruturaj Gaikwad got out after just two balls. India's current score is 55 for two in 15 overs. India's current playing situation seems if their next batsmen can run in a good partnership then maybe India can score some good runs. With the Indian batsmen playing well, we can definitely expect them to score some good runs and target South Africa. Let's see how many runs India can give to South Africa.

After winning of toss South Africa decide to bowl first which was good decision and now their bowlers are dominating on this pitch and India is having deep trouble after 36 overs they are having just 168 runs and their all top order batsmen back to pavilion with Sai Sudharsan and captain K Rahul done good job even they lost their wickets on wrong time but still these both manage fifties which allow India to have some decent runs on board now we have Rinku Singh and Axar Patel on crease so these both needs to stay for some more overs because if they keep hitting then can lose wickets and bring more pressure on next batsmen but now time for staying and having some good target for the South Africa which is trying to bounce back after first worst defeat.

The way Bangladesh team started the game against New Zealand in the first match was not possible for them, but due to the fall of wickets it was not possible. But I think Bangladesh has a chance to win against New Zealand if the next match is not rained and DL system is not used. And the second ODI match is most important for Bangladesh because if they don't win one match then they will not win the series. So Bangladesh have to play accordingly and beat New Zealand or else they cannot win this third ODI series.

New Zealand conditions are never been easy for the subcontinent teams with after having early wickets Bangladesh team fail to keep pressure and allow them for having better target which give them win at the end here they need to have some aggressive approach which is important while you are playing in SENA countries without aggression you can't win or even give them tough challenge Will Young and Tom Latham play good game after fallen of two wickets which make good difference in this game and Bangladesh were not able to recover this all their middle order fail to give any stance for this target just because of this at the end they fall short of 44 runs which was revised target after rain interruption hopefully now in next game we will have better performance from them.

India has been bowled out for 211 runs, with Sai Sudharsan being the top scorer. The Proteas displayed an excellent bowling performance to limit India. While India could have done better, but their bowlers lead all the way. Credit goes to Nandre Burger with 3 wickets, impressed me a lot. Burger showed good rhythm and pace in his bowling.
Now, South Africa needs 212 runs to win. It's a competitive score at Saint George's Park, and South African batters will need to focus and adhere to a proper game plan. Let's see how they fare in the chase.

Their batting lineup was not very experienced. Quinton de Kock has retired from ODI format to focus more on T20. And during last match the inexperienced pair of Reeza Hendricks and Tony de Zorzi opened the batting for them. You need to understand ground realities about South African cricket which is going down day by day due to their poor management and too much political influence; after retirement of the few players again they are facing problems because their bench power is never been strong to give them good chance for giving best in games and their system is also not good which have positive impact after world cup now they are again on back foot which is surely disappointing for their fans and players as well.

Indian long-term strategy now giving them good reward, and they are having strong bench power which is capable of giving them good success as they are doing after world cup against quality teams like Australia and South Africa even their many main players are on rotation but still things are working as they wanted which is big achievement for them and future of the in this country.

Nandre Burger was good in this match. He collect 3 wickets in whole match.
Overall South Africa is playing really well at this time and making a great comeback. The target is not quite high I think South Africa will chase this target easily.

Bangladesh only fast bowlers Shoriful Islam perform well picked 2 important wicktes by giving 28 runs in 6 overs and Mehidy Hasan Miraz also pick  1 wicket but didn't restrict New Zealand in low runs target.

Kuldeep Yadav and Avesh Khan both have punishment from both openers and new batsman Tony de Zorz is doing good job look like he is going to be second Chris Gayle in coming days with his style but for performance it's never been easy because it needs good time and experience as well.
