It was a poor batting performance from Nepal side after they won an ODI series on same ground against Canada. The whole Nepal batting lineup collapsed on just 132 runs with Bhim Sharki as top scorer with 44 runs. Gerhard Erasmus has his best bowling figures of 5/28 in that game. Namibia had to work hard to win that game, they lost 6 wickets while chasing that small target. Yes you are right Nepal performance in the match against Namibia was not good. They only scored 132 runs in 42 overs which shows that they were not very good at batting. Namibia played very well and won the game by 4 wickets. Gerhard Erasmus was the best player he took five wickets for only 28 runs. Nepal should think about how they batted and try to get better for future games. They need to look at their weaknesses and make changes so that they have a better chance of winning in the next matches.

This is surely the best point of these both associate teams with both having 100% native players, and they are also working on their quality which is improving in last few years with if they keep going then surely we will be having few good white ball teams in near future Namibia recently beats Zimbabwe for the qualification of T20i which is also good because they are bringing quality and also having good merit system which is allowing their players to give their best for having chance at the top level.

Nepal is also around here for years, but sadly they fail to produce good results because we have tough competition for them in Asian region with too many quality teams already and few others with adopted players are also coming which are surely hurting their cause.

Yes I fully watched the match between Nepal and Namibia in the first match.  Where Nepal team players played irresponsible game. Nepal is a much stronger team than Namibia. So I thought in this match, Nepal team will start with victory in the first match against Namibia. But unfortunately the players of Nepal team lost all the wickets by scoring 132 runs in 41.1 overs of the first innings game. The Nepalese batsmen were devastated by the excellent bowling of the Namibian bowlers. Due to which the players of the Nepal team ended the first innings with an unexpected score. Agree Both Nepal and Namibia teams has so much improved their cricket. In recent match the victory of Namibia over Nepal is Good sign for Namibia. Namibia chased down the target 134 runs in just lost of 6 wickets in 33 overs of the match. Jan Frylinck bat so welled in that match scored 34 runs, unfortunately missed his well deserved half century by 16 runs short. Namibia won the match against Nepal very easily by 4 wickets. I agree with you. Nepal played well against Netherlands in yesterday match. It was impressive and not unexpected because Nepal has been doing well lately. Their bowling has improved a lot which is good. They can challenge good batters and teams. If they make some changes in their batting order Nepal could become one of the best teams in the tournament.

But the root cause is the stupid eligibility criteria that was enforced by the ICC. Anyone with a visiting visa can represent any country, despite having no family connection or personal attachment. And this has seen more deserving countries struggling to win matches, while teams that are entirely comprised of foreigners are now dominating associate cricket.

Canada cricket team came to visit Nepal to play a three-match ODI series.This ODI series was not pleasant at all for Team Canada as they were whitewashed by Nepal in this ODI series. The second ODI of this series was very exciting for me as Canada batted first and scored 285 runs but Nepal won the match by four wickets. Nepal cricket team is gradually making their progress. Initially when Nepal came to cricket they often lost to all the teams but now they have become a bit stronger due to which they are winning against many teams. Nepali cricket team needs to play regular series against different strong teams to progress further and their team players to become experienced.

I am pretty surprised that ICC did not do anything about it. About the foreign players playing in the national squad of another country. And I absolutely do not understand how that makes sense. Right now there are a lot of teams that play foreign players in the national squad. And that is the story for a lot of associate teams to be honest. I do not think us supporting a certain team is going to do anything in this matter. I think ICC will need to have taken bold steps against these things. I am actually pretty surprised that there are rules for almost everything when the game is played on the phone but on the field there are very little terms and conditions.

You were right thinking what Nazarland is doing Netherland has lost the match. This was a low score match and Nepal team shocked Netherlands team and Netherlands all team out on 137 runs . Nepal team won the match by 8 wickets.

This was bowling friendly pitch and bowlers played very well on this pitch.K. Bhurtel took 4 wickets by giving 20 runs in 7 overs and he also made a score for his team and was awarded as a player of the match. Rajbanshi  also took 2 wickets by giving 32  runs in 10 overs and he performed an excellent bowling .From Netherlands batting side no one player paly well.
