Tough call Kabayan knowing that Gilas only got some practices playing together not sure if the chemistry is already established, though Guam doens't have the same caliber from who the national already play against with but gilas needs to showcase their advantages and make sure that they'll be playing this game with a high hope and high confidence to bring that strong start and keep their way up. For me, the Philippines hasn’t been covering big spreads in the past few games, so it’s wiser not to bet on the high handicap. But if someone really believes in it, that’s their call. Against Guam -  wait, is that the team where Jericho Cruz also plays? I’ll definitely watch this game, but I’m looking at another market, probably the over/under.

It was a blowout win by Gilas, congrats to those who took the Gilas spread. For me, I went with the over/under but on the Philippines team total. I had them at over 87.5, tough luck since they stopped at 87. Better luck next time. I guess I’ll just try to get that loss back in the NBA tomorrow. Back to the usual as the NBA resumes.

Guam is a very small island, When you are born in that place you are automatic a U.S. Citizen.
They can make a monster team on that Island if USA will lead the creation of the team.

Jericho cruz is a monster for Guam, he is one of the best player on that team. But, Even before the game starts and the 12 man team of both team were publish,

Chances that CTC will experiment with the players he'll be using and similar to what you said, there's  a tendency that with doing that even how huge the deficits Guam might be able to rally back and cut that lead and cover the handicap, let see if how the bookies will offer the spread and what would be the handicap.

A good decision kabayan., the run started earlier than last game, the defense is superb also.
They are pushing  the game really hard today, we can see 50+ points on this game if this will continue.

That last part of your statement, seeing how they played I can agree that their selection is unmatched with those international squad, considering that they are also selected players, though they've got the heart similar to our fellow gilas but the talent and skills is not enough to beat our Nationals, for the Gilas though they unable to cover the handicapped but performance wise surely the fans also enjoyed what they've seen from our national team, just need to be more aggressive in both defense and offense to be more competitive in international league.

The crowd was very alive!

We have SMB, TNT, Magnolia, GSM and many more..  They will have a hard time to be on the 1-3rd spot. but they have a chance.

If the Guam national team were to join the PBA as a guest squad, I believe they would be a formidable contender. Their height gives them a significant advantage, and in my view, they are stronger than SMB, TNT, and Ginebra without an import. It would be a mistake to underestimate them. Their recent loss to Gilas was simply because Gilas had a complete roster and a size advantage that Guam could not match.

The first game was played in Guam but it can be mistaken to be in the PH since most of the crowd in the arena were cheering for Gilas.
