That's right, there are factors that SMB have a good edge especially with JMF as ROS don't a good answer with the big man inside though the fresh legs and the quickness of those young stars of ROS might be there own advantaged, but unlike with SMB they can bring the ball to JMF and if there's no double it can be an easy basket to him.

Nice to see Caracut shooting with so much confidence. He hit those 3s and 4s, and SMB had no real answer for that. Their outside shooting did not work when they needed it most. Now it seems ROS really has a chance to reach the finals. Whoever they face next, I’m sure they will be very confident because they just beat a very strong team.

They forgot to use their advantage. Bennie Boatwright III was their top scorer with 24 points, but look at ROS, their top scorer was a local player, Joshua Caracut, with 29 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists.

ROS are not the bigger team, but they move the ball very well. When they see an open shot, they take it without hesitation, and that was the big difference here. In their last few games before the playoffs, they even struggled to reach 100 points. But now, they did it against a strong team, so they really deserve this spot.

Phoenix’s import is not really an offensive player. He can make an impact on defense, but the problem is Ginebra has good outside shooters, and as usual, no one seems able to stop Brownlee. So for Phoenix to make a comeback, Ginebra would need to struggle badly in the last quarter. Otherwise, this looks almost impossible already.
Easy win so far for bettors who were brave enough to take Ginebra -10.5 pregame.
