Real Sociedad failed to take advantage to enter the Europa zone in the standings after being defeated by Levante. Actually they played well, but luck was not on their side this time. While this result makes Levante again have hope to stay in the League even though it is difficult. Now they are 3 points adrift of the safe zone limit, with 3 games remaining.

Based on the match statistics that I saw, Real Sociedad did not play well enough, this was indicated by their dominance only in possession, but not in attack.

The first goal was scored by Jorge Miramon in the 53rd minute which was then followed by David Silva's goal to equalize the score. But at the end of the match Levante got a penalty kick and it was executed well by Gonzalo Melero. BTW, I believe they still have a chance to get into UEL if they win the remaining matches.

It is unlikely that Levante will continue in La Liga this season, Despite winning today at home to Real Sociedad; Levante needs to rely on other teams result to favor them and ofcourse win their next 3 games; to ensure that they do not get relegated come the end of the season. I do not think Levante can achieve this as they Face Champions REAL Madrid, Vallecano and Alaves

and it's a painful plus tiring one , i'm pretty sure a champion mentality required as well to survive in a top class league like la liga , levante has the ability to do that but unfortunately the next match are are against real madrid , the champion of the league ! but guess what? they could use reserve squad to play against levante which could become advantage to get full 3 points! tough rest of 3 matches but it's still worth to fight.

There is no doubt a good win for Levante but now still chance for going down because they are living on ventilator and their all chances depend on their few opponents as well as if Cadiz and Mallorca won their next matches then surely it's going to be ended for them here in La Liga because gape is going widening, and they have very few chances for survive because next match is against Real Madrid (away) Alaves (Home) and Rayo Vallecano (away) all three wins can give them some good hope but losing any match is going to be big trouble for them with Real Madrid and Rayo Vallecano both games are not easy for them.

With Real Madrid is champions and Rayo Vallecano having very good season but sadly in last few weeks they lost some good points now trying their best for finishing in top ten, so they also need to win this game.

Anyone considering betting on ATM against Real Madrid? I know that Real have been amazing in UCL and in the league this year, they have been playing with that winner mentality and never giving up and that is why it looks like they will win any game.

However, they are tired after such a game, and they should rest for a while to relax and maybe drop the fatigue and lower the injury risk a bit, so maybe they won't play all of their players in this game. Plus, the ones who did play in the UCL semi-finals, would probably not be 100% rested so they may end up not playing all that well neither. Who knows what will happen but I feel like ATM has a good chance.

This is there first home for Levante since the beginning of April, they won the game with a penalty kick from Melero G!

A very extraordinary fighting spirit was shown by Levante, they really struggled to survive in La Liga next season, although they did not excel in possession of the ball but Lavente was able to beat Real Sociedad who were ranked 6th in the standings, the competition only had 3 games left. again, meaning that there are still 9 points left, if Levante is able to secure all the points in the remaining matches I am very sure that Levante still has a great chance to continue playing in La Liga next season, because Cadiz still have difficult opponents, they must face Real Sociedad, then in the next match they also have to face real Madrid, although Levante still has one difficult match because they are also back playing with Madrid, but if I look at Levante's struggle, I am optimistic that Levante has a great chance of staying in La Liga compared to Cadiz.

Getafe is a bit more secure when compared to Mallorca and Cadiz, Getafe also needs to win to secure their place. While Granada, Levante and Alaves are still struggling to get out of the red line.  Mallorca and Cadiz can still be shifted by Granada, because the difference is one point with both. Mallorca, Cadiz, Levante, Granada and also Alaves so far have the opportunity to stay in Laliga next season because they are only a few points adrift. Especially Cadiz and Mallorca, they will probably have a better chance among other teams to stay in Laliga next season as they are 1 to 4 points clear of other relegation zone teams so far.

The rivalry between these 5 teams will certainly be an interesting spectacle for the rest of the season, but I've not watched quite a few of their matches except when they were against Real Madrid or Barcelona. Mallorca and Cadiz might stay, but who knows.

I don't think Betis winning Barcelona will be that difficult because Betis needs the point while Barcelona has already made it to the top 4, all they need to do now is to play with confidence, determination and team spirit, I see nothing stopping them from winning unless they don't play well which is not possible.
