This season there wasn't big competition for championship, as a result Real Madrid got it pretty easily. Barcelona was way behind without Messi, Atletico wasn't consistent with wins. Sure Benzema was wonderful but nobody expected this championship easily at the start of the season. I don't think it will happen again too. We will watch closer championship races next years. Real Madrid deserved it with twenty five wins. Next year if Barcelona's rebuilding happen and financial situation will be better then we can see more exciting season.

La Liga is full of surprises this season. I myself never expected to see Barcelona and Atletico play very underperformance during this season. And Benzema becomes an extraordinary player in La Liga and UCL. Sure, he has no competitor for the top scorer after Messi left Barcelona and Suarez moved to Atletico Madrid as well. Another interesting fact, Sevilla becomes a rising club competing for the title although they lost focus towards the end of the season. I don't think it is very easy for Real Madrid, but they have a great coach to make everything in good management.

Actually, this will not be a hard match if Barcelona players' performance is well enough. Once more, don't underestimate the opponent moroever on the field when playing because it is sometimes very risky.

Congratulations to Madrid for claiming the title. But I’m still one of those that feels there wasn’t much heat in the La Liga race this season. Atletico had a generally poor season even with being the title defenders and anoth contender being Barcelona had a really poor start. Manager issues and all sort. If the Xavi revolution had started earlier or probably at the beginning of the race. We would have been looking at same scenario in the Seria-A and the premier league. I mean a very tight and unpredictable title race where everybody is scared to make a mistake. They’ve done well and deserves all accolades..

They have had a great game strategy for each one of their league games. And Ancelotti's game plan helped the team dominate this season. But I think the biggest role in this championship belongs to Benzema. He has been like a goal machine until this point and he scored one goal today also. So far in the league, he has scored 26 goals and made 11 assists. This is just incredible!

Lot of achievements for Benzema and if I am not wrong 26 goals is the highest goals he scored for the club in a LaLiga season and the season is yet to finish. with 4 games left i highly doubt that the real madrid coach will risk playing with karin benzema and other very important players maybe if they are going to play they will play in a few minutes because they don't earn anything being playing, they are just playing to fulfill the schedule nothing more. Anyway, we are already champions of the league and now we have to be champions of the league of champions, but for that we need to beat City, which will not be an easy task. City come with full force and the problems of Real Madrid's defense need to be minimized if we want to win City


Athletic Bilbao 2 - 0 Atletico Madrid

Atletico Madrid is a bad team, they didn't even manage to score at least 1 goal, in my opinion the problem with Atlético Madrid is the lack of players to score many goals, they have an average defense, but in attack they have serious problems and honestly I don't know what will they do in the champions league if they make it to the champions league they will simply be eliminated soon if they continue like this

I agree that the season was a simple one for Real Madrid. For a brief moment, Sevilla looked like they were fighting them for the title but that ended like nearly 2 months ago, a title race that ends during march is kind of boring. Barcelona had one of their worst seasons in recent memory during the first half, recovered a bit at the second half but it was too late, the damage was done by that point. And ATM had a poor season as well, fighting for that third spot over Sevilla or Barcelona if they can, if not then end fourth. So Real had a very very easy season. They should still be proud of it though, being this good when everyone else is bad, is a great achievement.

Real Madrid has ones again shown to the world what a classic team they are. The high spirit of the players at the start of the season has really paid them off today against espanyol.

The likes of benzema and Vini jnr has always been in the spotlight of each of their games in the Liga even the UCL. This season has been a wonderful one for  benzema haven had 26 goals in league and as one of the highest goal scorer in the UCL.

Real Madrid destroyed Espanyol at Santiago Bernebeu. The scoreline was a bit too harsh for Espanyol. The Los Blancos side has a comfortable win in the match.
