Did you know that Barcelona could have finished second last season in a situation that could be said to be even worse than now?

I know it very well. I followed the La Liga for the whole season previously. I agree that the last season is a bad season, but I can't say it was worse than this season because this season isn't over yet.

Now their squad is better, and the draw they achieved was only at the start of the season. We saw last season they were even worse than now, but after Xavi came things looked better. And I said that Barcelona would be a problem for Real Madrid.

The squad is better in the terms of the players' quality. But I don't see much improvement in their performance and the stability of their game play. It is true that Xavi makes a bit of improvement, but it is not enough to compete with Real Madrid.

We saw last season they were even worse than now, but after Xavi came things looked better.

This season isn't over yet, how can you conclude it?

Very funny match between the two Spanish teams, with two late goals to share the points, two straight red cards for  Marcos Acuna of Seville and Jawad El Yamiq of Real Valladolid indeed the game was a battle between the two teams and the best result so far was the point they shared. Seville had more possession of the ball they didn't utilizes the chances created by them to win the game but on the other hand, Real Valladolid has improved in ther performance compared to last season.
 

Yeah too much chances wasted by the home team sevilla , they should have scored at least one more goal in early game for such a huge ball possession and win the game though.
They seems lack of creativity to get in the opponent penalty box , isco make his debut and i just think that he should have played since the first minute to help the game in the middle more alive.

Another bad result for sevilla team especially when its a draw in their own stadium, they really needed the win and it was in the palm of their hands since they faced a team with many problems as we've seen on the first round, it seems that sevilla team has both defensive and offensive problems from the 18 goal attempts they had, only two were on target which is really low it seems that they need fresh legs or some strategy changes.

To be honest, I was not surprised by the result of the Sevilla vs Valladolid match which ended in a draw.  Because if we look at the record for meeting
the two teams, which have been the last 3 matches with identical results. Which in the last 3 matches always ended in a draw with a score of 1-1,
and now the match Sevilla vs Valladolid ended with the same incident. This means that Sevilla and Valladolid repeat their head to head with the same
identical results 4 times in a row. This is a very rare occurrence in the world of football, at least this result is an improvement for the two teams which
in the previous game lost. But for Sevilla, which the previous season was in the top 4, they must immediately improve their performance,  if this season

Financial fair play was forcing this club to not add more players. As far as i know i still heard rumours about the transfer recently like marcos alonso and another players. it seems like that barcelona has reached its maximum capability on its financial to buy a new player unlike real madrid that is still very strong even with its old players. Most of players are still capable enough to win the champion league.

The match was a very uneven type of game but had to leave the field with a draw in the end. Sevilla had most of the attacks but could not succeed. Had they not scored in the 86th minute, Sevilla would have gone out with a defeat.

Exactly, Sevilla is predicted to win easily vs Valladolid moreover to make the standing much better. But in fact, this doesn't ha[[ne and the draw result really shows how perfthe ormance of this club in this season. Sevilla's performance is really dropped. Although it is still the beginning of this season, if Sevilla cannot increase their performance, this will be really bad for the club, moroever to stay in 4 standing.

Btw, Why are there red cards in all matches today?  

Real Madrid could always find a replacement for Casemiro. The guy is very old and not much more chance for him in Real Madrid in the next few years. I saw some unconfirmed news about Real Madrid wanting to find a Casemiro replacement, one of the candidates is Tottenham's midfielder, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg. This comes from a tier-2 news runner from England so not very sure but does carry some merit.

I am actually a little bit surprised when reading the news today about Casemiro moving to Man United. I don't think that his career will be better than he was in Real Madrid, moreover with the condition of Man United right now. But well, this just happens. In fact, Real Madrid still has a younger midfielder, Tchouameni . He is actually a promising midfielder, but he only lacks experience.  believe that he can do his best to replace Casemiro's position right now. But, Real Madrid really still needs additional players, moreover as the substitution of Benzema and also this current midfielder replacement.

Although clubs go for pre-seasons where they get prepared for the season but those matches are friendly games and cannot be like the main games. These teams needs more time to be able to blend very well. Don't forget that almost every team have some set of new players, hence, the y need to play with the team for sometime before they can become productive. For me. The first five games are like warming up games, I don't predict the position of the team until after the first five matches. Most people felt Sevilla would just have a smooth ride to victory but it turned out negative that they were even struggling to clinch a draw.

Only one match has been passed and i don't think its logic to say real Madrid is dominating, we should wait more and more time to judge the new Barcelona and determine whatever they can at least be the first rival of real Madrid again
