Atletico Madrid can still enliven the competition for the La Liga title even though Atletico Madrid did not add really quality players and Simeone did not change tactics.
But I still believe that Simeone will provide the best tactics for Atletico Madrid next season in order to compete with the two big teams (Barcelona and Real Madrid) for the title in La Liga.

I think this is a little difficult.
I don't know why when I saw their performances last season I started to feel they are now going to struggle a little and most likely will only be in the top 3 but will not enliven the title race.

In this case what you say is true, but before saying Barcelona are in strong competition with Madrid first they must solve their current problems because there are indeed many problems that they have to solve quickly such as registering their 5 new players, solving problems with De Jong, as well as finalizing Raphinha's finances with Leeds. When it is finished, they can be considered as strong competitors for the title.
As for Atletico, it will still be fifty-fifty in my opinion, depending on Griezman and Morata whether they can give a good performance there because otherwise they will probably be the same as last season.

I think you are wrong if you say other teams don't have good strikers or strikers who are hungry for goals. I could understand Pique doing this because simply he is losing progressively his spot and with all polemic around his personal life, he isn't in his best days.

Too much bullshit about the Barcelona situation, I am really fed up with how the media keeps mixing facts with their opinions which are then consumed raw by the readers. I think the current situation of Barcelona is much better since Lewandowski was introduced to the public a few days ago, but the media keeps looking for news and keeps on paddling it so the polemic never seems to develop.

It looks sarcastic but it's true, the fact that being at Atletico and hoping for the title I don't think it's the right choice even if Atletico is a pretty good club it's just wishful thinking. Madrid and Barcelona are the right clubs but the problem is that when you want to be there, it's clear that skills at an average level will not be able to qualify.
