I think the odds are about right. Especially when you look at the current form of both teams, Barcelona is really much, much better. Lately, Sevilla has been struggling badly, and Barcelona just keeps winning. And they play at home, there is a home crowd so around 1.40 is no wonder in itself. Last season it would be a very different story, but this Barcelona just seems too good for Sevilla. We should not completely eliminate Sevilla, after all they are in 2nd place in the competition for nothing.

Betis had a very solid game against Osasuna today. It was a pure destruction by 4-1. They don't only want to keep the fifth place in the standings. They are thriving for taking the fourth place as well. They don't want to fall behind Atletico Madrid and Barcelona too much. And for now, they are doing a good job about it. But it still seems very hard for them to make it. Because Barcelona and Atletico Madrid both are having an incredible period in the league these days. Most probably, Barcelona would win today too.

I don't think so even though I'm a Barcelona fan. There is always a way the favorite team loses a game if they don't play well and create chances. Just look at the current match, Barcelona is still having trouble scoring goals in the first half because of the good defense from Sevilla. As a fan then I definitely hope Barcelona can win this match as we hoped.

The first half drew to a close, while there were no truly dangerous chances for either team although Dembele's cross was often not able to be exploited by other players. Barcelona should have taken the lead in the first half had De Jong's header not been too high. We'll see how this match goes although I'm optimistic to see Barcelona win again.

quite agree with what you say because indeed if this really wins even though it is thin, of course this will get a pretty good profit in the bet

I was not expecting performance like this from Sevilla because after defeating Real Madrid at their home they were in good confidence and there were most chances they will destroy Sevilla, but visitors are in stunning defense after 72nd minute Pedri Dembele duo able to give them one vital goal which give them now second spot at League table which is the best achievement for them after having some terrible start of this season.

Even now title race is almost end for all others but still it's a good announcement from Barcelona for next season that now suddenly things are change for them, and they can compete for title and European competitions in next season with their lethal attack and amazing defence which are helping them for reaching here at this spot.

my prediction was right (barca will win 1-0) against sevilla. btw, it was really lucky that Pedri scored in the 72' minute (assist from Dembele)

I didn't expect that Sevilla managed to play good defence, not until the last quarter of the second half that they are starting to crumble. I believe Barcelona has missed a few goal chances but Pedri managed to score, it truly stunning how the youngster was able to score such a beautiful goal.
