Atletico Madrid are indeed not playing efficiently at all. The percentage of successful goal attempts is very low despite being dominant in ball possession from the beginning to the end. Having only 4 shots on target is a very bad statistics for sure. There were three red cards as well in this game. If Elche had hopes for an equalizer he ended them for sure. However Atletico Madrid are still very unreliable as I said in my previous posts.

Betis vs Bilbao is the game I've been waiting for from LaLiga and I still believe Betis has the first chance to win the game but also they are the better team and have the better players. Bilbao , in my opinion , they have massive luck to be on 4th place in LaLiga and this will change when teams like ATL.Madrid and maybe Valencia will start to win more games.

Currently the first round match is underway at minute 28, so far the two teams are playing quite well but with the same number of points the chances of winning for both teams are very slim and it could end in a draw. But overall my players favor Real Betis in this match. We hope that in this first half someone will score first so that they can present an exciting match.

It's a shame that the Betis vs Bilbao match had to end goalless this was my hunch beforehand to choose a draw in the bet but for some reason, I really believed in both teams scoring goals but the result was nil and indeed the two defended each other not to give space to one of them each other.

In another game, Atletico Madrid stepped up to 3rd place in La Liga after winning against Elche which could be said to be an easy opponent, but Diego Simeone's men did a good job despite the red card.

Despite Atletico Madrid was not very solid in their performance it was still possible for them to defeat elche . It as if it has become a tradition for Atletico Madrid to defeat Elche whenever they meet.  It is so bad that Elche has not won even a match this season  to achieve a full point . This victory is an advantage for Atletico Madrid to secure the third position in the standings.

I think Atletico Madrid doesn't really care about the red cards. The most important thing is to get 3 points and they finally turn back to the top 3 in La Liga standings. 3rd place is where they should be, it is shame to see them not in UCL zone. Although their position isn't secure, they finally come back to a proper position at least. I assume it will improve the mentality or motivation of Atletico Madrid players. Yes, Atletico begins with a positive step in 2nd session. we know they were not good in the last 3 matches after losing in Mallorca and Cadiz, This winning will give them confidence next to meet Barca but the rumors about Felix may be affected next, maybe not affected last night because he was able to create a score, Juventus also have been wanting him for a long time since in Benfica, if able maybe exchange attacker will be solution between Dusan and Felix.

For Real Madrid this should be a good chance to get a winning point because against Valladollid, with a point difference of only 2 points from first place, there is a possibility that Real Madrid will take first place from Barcelona, but I am sure that Barcelona will not lose to the enemy Espanyol according to them it will also be easy to beat so that there will be a very tight struggle for position.

Griezman has updated himself to be a play maker and it is natural when he is getting older. Morata and Felix can play as a striker and forward for Atletico Madrid whilst Griezman is playing like a bridge to connect midfield and attacking areas. He shown that he is perfect for this position with France in World Cup 2022. It's so surprising for me to see Griezman can run a lot of kilometers each match and contribute a lot to defense for his teams too.

That match is so hot with 3 red cards, 2 for Elche and 1 for Atletico Madrid. With 3 points, Atletico will have chance to reduce gaps with above clubs.

Glad to see atletico was getting full points but the red card that happened with hermoso is something that was unnecessary. I meant even if hermoso would not try to did a tackle and then there will be goal happeend. I think that hermoso was wasting his chance to play in the next games. Three points are very important for atletico madrid for now. It needs to climb even higher than before to reach the level of barcelona and real madrid. I had expected an Atletico Madrid win, in fact I firmly believed João Félix would be a threat to Pablo Machín's team. Atletico Madrid dominated in attack and they also created a lot of chances although 5 of them found the target. Obviously this is a very important win following Real Betis and Athletic Bilbao's draws. But unfortunately Atletico Madrid had to lose one of its defenders due to accumulation of cards and was sent off after getting 2 yellow cards during the match.

Thanks to this victory, Atletico Madrid managed to improve their position in the standings where they have claimed 3rd place at the moment with 1 point difference above Real Sociedad who still have 1 match in hand. The third position is ideal for Atletico at the moment, the recent victory has given them the fighting spirit to win in their next game. Two wins in 5 matches is not a good achievement for a team like Atletico, at least this victory will make them more confident against Barcelona in Week 16 of La Liga.

I think that if we are seeing the history between barcelona against espanyol and we will see that if espanyol has been even drawing against barcelona in so many match. Elche were never going to win Athletico madrid in the Metropolitano stadium. Elche are 20th in La Liga, and they have not won a single game this season, their wait for a first victory continues, and surely they are going to be relegated. Despite Athletico madrid's victory i don't think they are back to their best, Elche isn't a strong opponent, i believe if Athletico madrid had faced a stronger opponent they may not have won. Athletico madrid would surely get 1 ticket for the champions league next season like you said, i feel no matter how bad they play, they will still be better than most teams and should finish either 3rd or 4th.
