Betis are just continuing to throw their chance for top four now. Because they lost against Cadiz home very surprisingly and this is their second loss in a row. In the meantime Real Sociedad and Villarreal both won their matches this week. The gap with the team in the fourth place is six points for Betis now. While we are getting close to the end Betis are giving up early and this is like the copy of the previous season. I thought that they would do better this time but it doesn't look like so for now.

Real Sociedad are starting to improve their performance recently so it will be really difficult for Betis and Villarreal both to compete with them for the fourth place.

Real Betis after losing from Atletico Madrid also lost against Cadiz, yes that really throw away their chances for the top four. Real Betis vs Cadiz home team lost one player in the first half also in the second half, it was a chance for Cadiz to win in that game, I'm also surprised why it happened Sir if they didn't lose a player due to a red card, maybe they can won.

But in my opinon there is a possibility for Villarreal to get fourth place because the remaining matches for them are not too hard, meanwhile the remaining matches for Real Sociedad will be very hard ahead, so Real Sociedad will probably lose a lot of points in their remaining matches.

Zidane may not fancy the idea of returning to real Madrid.  He is is good no doubt. He has recorded good numbers of titles for Real Madeis. Anceloty in the same hand is exceptional. But while Zidanes most major trophy comes from Real Madrid only, anceloty has recorded trophies won by him from different European clubs. I see Anceloty has a better option to zidane, but for which ever reason and in which a ever way he leaves,  I believe a good coach will still drive at Benabeu. Zidane may not fancy the idea of returning to real Madrid.

We don't know what Zidane thinks exactly. We can't claim that Zidane dislikes the idea to return to Real Madrid. He never stated anything about his chance to return to Real Madrid. But I think it is not impossible since he ever made good history in Real Madrid. When someone experienced good history in a club, there will be always a chance to return there.

Regarding which one is better Zidane or Ancelotti, both are good managers. And both of them are good options for the Real Madrid coach/manager in the next season. Even if Ancelotti already won varied trophies in many leagues/countries, we can't conclude Zidane isn't on the same level as Ancelotti. Even if Zidane never won trophies in the other leagues/countries as a coach/manager, I'm sure he has the same capability as Ancelotti. As far as I know, Zidane was a smart player and he is a smart coach as well now. Nothing impossible for him to win trophies/titles on the other leagues.

Talking about coaching, here is Simeone getting closer to Real Madrid, now they are only two points behind them!

45 minutes have been played into this match and right now it is the halftime break. Neither team has been able to score in this match so far. I was a little surprised to be honest to see that Barcelona was still unable to score. After all, Barcelona is going up against a team that is at the main table right now. Probably Barcelona is taking things easy because they already have a very good lead. But that does not mean Barcelona can afford to drop points in matches like this.

Well, chances are high that Real Betis would have won if they didn't lose a player to red card, losing a player not only destabilizes a team, it also destroys the game arrangement which in turn, makes scoring really difficult no matter how good the remaining players are..

So for me, I usually do consider it as the end, for any team that loses a player in the middle of the game, hardly will they Win, except if the team is really really good.

It's funny that Barcelona could lose all these games and they are still going to be the champions, normally Real Madrid doesn't get these kinds of results that easily, they are a much better club than that. I still understand that we are not going to see anything major in here, its going to be something understandable.

But, the fact is that we are talking about a team that is doing so terribly that Barcelona could literally lose 4 games in a row and still be the leader, that is terrible, specially when the league is about to end, we all know they are not going to lose that much. Girona or not, this season Barcelona is the winner, they won nothing else at all, but it is true that they at least got the league for sure.

Betting on Barcelona's win today is very risky especially since they seem so comfortable at the top of the table. Barcelona didn't seem too motivated to win the match against Girona as they had already been many points ahead of Real Madrid. I think draw seems very likely for this match, but there is still time to see how they end this match. If Barcelona draw, they will create a gap of 13 points with Real Madrid, while if they win they will gain a gap of 15 points.

Some of Antonio Mateu Lahoz's decisions in the Barcelona vs Girona match have cost Barcelona as much as it seems. But I'm not saying it's a controversy and Barcelona should be very satisfied to remain unbeaten at home even though they have to accept 1 point in what is considered an easy match.

The quality of Barcelona's game is very bad in this match.  Barcelona has nothing to do with Real Madrid.  So 1 point is never enough for Barcelona.  No team ever wants to play poorly in a match.  So Barcelona didn't do it on purpose either. Yes I think Barcelona have relaxed a bit for the rest of the season. The point advantage which is quite far from competitors certainly doesn't make Barca panic when it doesn't get perfect results. After all, this week Real Madrid also suffered defeat, this of course had no effect on the standings table at all. But even so, Xavi must not make the situation more relaxed, because if he slipped in the next few matches, it could make the team's situation panic.

So in my opinion, Xavi still has to play a serious game and still set the target of gaining full points and also for Lewandowski he must not lose his momentum to become his first top scorer in La Liga. Looking at the performance of both teams tonight, I don't think the game was up to the expectation of football fans because 0:0 scoreline is a very bad game for the bettors who saw Barcelona as the big team to win against Girona but they failed to get the 3 points. Of course Girona will be excited to have shared a point with Barca while Xavi and his men will be disappointed because not getting more gap against his opponent Real Madrid opens more chances for competition in the League nll.

Well, this is a big achievement for Girona because at least they were one of the 3 clubs that managed to block Barcelona from full points because seeing this condition seemed quite unbelievable when Barcelona had quite a hard time breaking into the foundations of Girona's defence.
Barcelona's lack of maximum finishing made them a little hampered. On the other hand, the performance of the Girona goalkeeper was also quite good because there were several opportunities, including blunders by their defenders, but Gazzaniga's alertness was quite good in this match.

Atletico madrid won away to Vallecano and increased their points to 57.They won the match with consecutive goals in the first half.We can say that they started to play more comfortably in the second half with the opponent down to 10 men.

Barcelona were very complacent against Girona today which resulted in a goalless draw for them. They actually had so many goal attempts but they weren't much good at finding the target.

They are already very comfortable for winning the La Liga title so this isn't a big deal. But I'm pretty sure so many bettors lost their bets on Barcelona. I prefer not to bet on these teams when they even get close to announcing their title in their league. Because there isn't a big motivation source for them to put a huge effort into the other games left. They will win the title anyway even if they lose points a couple of times.

Barcelona draw against Girona was unexpected for me. I thought they were trying to literally kill the title competition and declare themselves champions before many rounds but they postponed or exactly delayed it.
So far Barcelona have 13 points difference from Real Madrid so they have to win in the next 4 rounds out of 10 to get the title earlier.
